**What do you like best about CentralSquare Public Administration?**

What I like best is the ability to search records over all the bundles at one time. Their previous product was not able to do this so this is a big plus for this product.

**What do you dislike about CentralSquare Public Administration?**

Unfortunately, this product is not fully developed yet and therefore has many bugs and development is slow to put out hotfixes to address the problems. In a few instances, we had to prove our issues were happening through screen shares in order for their team to take us seriously and begin working out the issues we were experiencing with the software.

**What problems is CentralSquare Public Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems we are solving with this software are the ability to be more transparent to our constituents and the ability to tie multiple records together to try to keep things from falling through the cracks.
