The ability to have Council Report approvals managed through the workflow process has helped a great deal with streamlining agenda preparations. We selected eScribe as our electronic meeting management software after an extensive review of other competitors and found eScribe to provide the best solution at a cost that was within our budget. We have, in the last year, experienced some turnover in our eScribe users and we're finding that it's not very easy to replace the names of users in all the places they may have been listed. If it were possible to do a 'search and replace' of a user name to assign the new user to all the rights that the previous user had, that would be very useful. Report Manager is not used to its capacity. Don't like when there are issues with preparing the Agenda, hmmm. The product could be better if it would download more document formats, if it was integrated with Laserfiche, our document management respository, and if the Report Manager was less cumbersome. I like the deplay of the information. I also love the copy and paste function, and the refer item function is also very convenient. It took me a while to get comfortable with the system, as there are a lot of functions, but now I would not do without. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the display of the e-mail invites - it looks like junk mail and sometimes leads to confusion for new users. I dislike the fact that when you refer item - when choosing the meeting, all meetings are all listed, and it's the oldest first, should be the other way around ( I cannot imagine referring an item to a meeting that has past years ago). Also, dislike that every time we "prepare" a meeting would are obligated to go into "Attach" resolution pages. I like that multiple colleagues can work on a meeting site simultaneously. It makes Agenda & Minute preparation easy, with features such as templates and auto-saving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, we are working on problems with the iPad app for eSCRIBE meetings and closed meeting agendas. It is being resolved but is something that is delaying our full implementation. When you have added attendees to a meeting I don't like how they appear in the minutes. We should have more options other than Present, Resource, Regrets ~ like Guests and Presenters etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
