**What do you like best about Centra CX?**

The best thing about centra cx is that it is relatively cheaper than other softwares and the second is that it provides free trail account to learn its basics.

**What do you dislike about Centra CX?**

The only bad thing is that video cannot be uploaded without a live link. Except this Centra CX is recomended software for small to mid size organizations.

**Recommendations to others considering Centra CX:**

I would recommend other to use this software for their businesses

**What problems is Centra CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Centra Cx sales of my business have increased and also customer became loyal to me.
