**What do you like best about CBS-CRM?**

What I like best about CBS-CRM is its ease of use and flexibility. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage leads, track customer interactions, and monitor the sales pipeline without much training. I also appreciate the customization options, which allow workflows, fields, and reports to be tailored to specific business needs. The automation features help reduce manual work, and the reporting tools provide clear insights that support better decision-making.

**What do you dislike about CBS-CRM?**

One area of improvement for CBS-CRM is the availability of more advanced features. Some automation and analytics options feel limited compared to larger enterprise CRMs, and there could be more built-in integrations with third-party tools. Additionally, certain customizations can require extra setup time, and performance can occasionally feel slow when working with large volumes of data.

CBS-CRM helps solve the problem of scattered customer information and manual follow-ups by centralizing all customer data, interactions, and sales activities in one place. **What do you like best about CBS-CRM?**

I like being able to save all notes for each contact made with CBS-CRM. It keeps all my agents on the same page as our clients, and the initial setup was pretty easy with a great team.

**What do you dislike about CBS-CRM?**

I don't like that I can't easily change features like the information stored. It would be nice to enable changes like assigning different titles for clients on each account, such as owner, CEO, or financial.

**What problems is CBS-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CBS-CRM helps me track clients and keep track of all interactions. I like saving notes for each contact and keeping all my agents on the same page as our clients.
