"Brilliant"

What do you like best?

I've tried lots of ATS and cats was the best by far. Easy to customise, intuitive, easy to segment and mega easy to add prospects from LinkedIn, just one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decent system, but needs work"

What do you like best?

CATS is relatively inexpensive compared to similar candidate tracking systems, and largely does what we need it to do. Customer Service has also been responsive to our suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It has a clumsy user-interface, and it has fairly limited uses. In order to record the information we are legally required to track, we have to use certain elements quite creatively, but are still unable to easily gather the data we need. It is also not mobile friendly, which is becoming imperative as more people start exclusively using mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be sure to review all of the limitations of CATS before purchasing a subscription, and compare it with the features you need.
