What do you like best about Catalyst Insight?

The organization of the program. It's practical and not overly complicated. There are no features that are extra or unneeded. Further, for document review, I really do enjoy the ability to view the documents in text form or pdf form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Catalyst Insight?

During doc review, unless it's set to "all documents" documents you have opened up are no longer visible. It can be annoying if you forget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
