**What do you like best about CaseDirectorPro?**

I like the format of this program. It is extremely easy to navigate and easy for anyone to keep organized. The fact that this software can be customizable to a firm's needs is also extremely helpful when working in a large law firm setting.

**What do you dislike about CaseDirectorPro?**

I am not a fan of the pop up windows. I like things to be very clean. While I am able to keep organized, while working on multiple things at once this system can tend to be very confusing.

**What problems is CaseDirectorPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has been helpful when bringing on new attorneys and transferring their cases and clients over to our firm software.
