I appreciate the straightforward layout, as it makes it easy to locate documents and find clients connected to their matters, all organized in alphabetical order.

**What do you dislike about Case Center?**

At times, the login integration for your account and other links within the software can be confusing. I experienced difficulty accessing my account after they rolled out an update.

**What problems is Case Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool assists us in drafting specific documents by making sure we use the correct codes required by our legislation. It has been helpful in ensuring our documentation aligns with legal standards.
