The AI agent talks to potential customers, gives information on cars posted, and invites them for a test drive. Its AI auto-reply function is stunning, and it's one of the best in the industry. I believe CARVID is the only AI-assisted car dealership sales app that automates Facebook Marketplace. The support team is really great at responding to my inquiries. CARVID comes with its own CRM, so I don't really need additional CRM tools as long as it's connected to the marketplace and records conversations locally. As a small car dealership, we didn't have affordable automation and did everything manually until CARVID entered the market. The support team was engaging and eager to help us get set up. **What do you dislike about CARVID?** I believe it still is a new startup, but adding additional functions in the future should make this app irreplaceable. The hardest part was to have our own sales team members organized to sit through the training and get CARVID to take over. **What problems is CARVID solving and how is that benefiting you?** CARVID automates Facebook Marketplace posting, talks to potential customers, and saves time by handling inquiries and scheduling test drives. CARVID automatically takes our inventory feed and turns our vehicle photos into videos, then posts them daily across Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile. The biggest difference we’ve seen is that our cars are now showing up not just on Marketplace, but also in Google search and even AI search results when people look for vehicles in our area. Within the first few days we started getting more inbound messages and already closed deals directly from these posts. If you’re a dealership looking to increase organic exposure and show up where customers are actually searching today, CARVID is worth it. **What do you dislike about CARVID?** It’s not a lightweight tool, there’s some setup involved to get everything connected properly.
