It saves me a lot of time every day because so much of the work is automated. I can manage loads, reports, invoices, driver statements, and factoring smoothly all in one place. Since I don’t have to do as much heavy manual work, my daily job feels much easier and faster. **What do you dislike about CarrierOS AI TMS?** I’d like to see more integrations added to the system. Load board integrations, in particular, would help a lot with our daily workflow. Overall, adding more connections to other software would make this platform even better and easier to use. **What problems is CarrierOS AI TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** CarrierOS AI TMS has helped us fix slow, manual processes and cut down on data-entry errors. Before we started using it, we spent far too much time building reports by hand, creating driver statements, and collecting and storing paperwork. Now the system automates those tasks, saving us many hours each week and keeping all of our records organized in one place. ### 2. It supports load creation, dispatch, documents, PODs, invoicing, and driver settlements, and I like that everything stays tied to the load instead of being scattered across emails and spreadsheets. The pricing is straightforward too: $20 per active billable truck per month, with no per-user fees and no feature limits. **What do you dislike about CarrierOS AI TMS?** The biggest thing missing right now is more integrations. It still doesn’t connect with every ELD, accounting system, factoring company, fuel card, or load board we use. Also, the initial setup can take some time, especially when you’re adding trucks, drivers, trailers, and the rest of the company information. **What problems is CarrierOS AI TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit for us is cutting down on repetitive work. We don’t have to enter the same load information over and over again. It also helps us catch missing documents, prepare invoices more quickly, keep settlements clearer, and see what needs attention from a single screen.
