**What do you like best about Carefeed?**

There are so many amazing features to Care Feed, but I guess my favorite feature is being able to communicate with all employees, residents, families and other groups, all at one time. If needed, I can communicate with one individual or a specific group. Implementing Care Feed was the easiest process. Implementation time was nominal.  The system is so easy to use and the Customer Support team is there every step of the way! The ease of integration with MatrixCare was fairly simple. There were a few bugs to work out, but Care Feed staff was diligent in working through them.  Our facility uses Care Feed multiple times per day.  Using Care Feed is so simple and easy to use, there's absolutely no reason to not use this product!

**What do you dislike about Carefeed?**

There isn't anything I don't like about Care Feed. I am very 'hands on', so I, personally, would love to be able to build my own documents at some point in the future.

**What do you like best about Carefeed?**

“Families frequently share how much they appreciate the excellent communication from our team—not only through phone calls, but also through Carefeed. The platform makes it easy and efficient to send important messages, welcome letters, and admission packets in a secure and timely manner.”
Additionally, Carefeed has been a valuable tool for staff communication, allowing us to distribute important messages and required education that can be easily signed and documented for compliance. Customer service and the helpdesk are qucik to answer any concerns and work us through any issues we might have which is rare.

**What do you dislike about Carefeed?**

This could be an internal thing-Would like the phone number families see reflect our facility number. I believe it may have something to do with our local phone company4

**What do you like best about Carefeed?**

I love using Carefeed for families to sign documenation when they are not in the facility, out of town, or just not nearby. They also love to be able to complete a DocuSign instead of scanning documents back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Carefeed?**

Don't love the new feature of codes to access all DocuSigns, and would like to be able to add in my own documents myself.

**What problems is Carefeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessibility for families to sign documentation electronically which allows documents to be quickly signed off, easily accessed, and uploaded right into the patient's chart

**What do you like best about Carefeed?**

Its easy to navigate and do admission paperwork with residents

**What do you dislike about Carefeed?**

Maybe allowing clients or residents to be sent the secure code to access the admission document agreement could help us get a head start if they choose. I’m not sure if this is how all companies set them up, but it could help speed things up especially for residents in the memory care unit there family member can have easy access.

Being able to complete our admission agreements online. Also it allows us to focus on the main part of the documents without having to read through many pages

**What do you like best about Carefeed?**

It's a great way to communicate with Staff, to ensure everyone is on the same page with updates or just things they need to know without having to use my personal phone for work. I like that you can see that they got the message so there is no one saying they didn't know or had not been told of new changes. It is easy to navigate and I'm loving the survey templates where staff can respond unanimously.

sometimes the templates take a bit to load but what sites don't have those issues.

better communication with staff and resident family members.

The Cerefeed program is working for me at this time. There are no other  concerned at this  present time.

Evaluating the ease of use and the Quality of support is essential. Consider whether the product or service is priced appropriately for its value. Additionally, assess your confidence in the security features provided.

**What do you like best about Carefeed?**

I love creating feeds and sending feeds! It's easy to use and is always met with positive feedback! No more printing hundreds of flyers that end up ion the trash or forgotten! Now my fellow co-workers and the families we care for can receive information and stay up top date on the fun! I use CareFeed for EVERYTHING! It's my main source to spread bnews and information. families love recieving updates and Staff loves fun reminders of at work dress up days and upcoming events! CareFeed is easy to use and if there is ever a question, the team is communicative!

**What do you dislike about Carefeed?**

There isn't much to dislike. I guess sometimes it takes a moment to go through the communications and feedback and sort out what is meant for my job and carefeed account and what is a response to something else. Other than that, I love CareFeed

**What problems is Carefeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The employee contacts were updated incorrectly, and within minutes of emailing the team, Abby got right back to me! She even stayed on the phone and took the time to fix the issue late in the day! All of my staff knew to wear red for Valentine's Day at work and look out for all the fun we had planned because Abby and the team were able to communicate and fix the issue quickly and easily.

**What do you like best about Carefeed?**

The feature of the program that drew us to Carefeed was the module that digitizes the admissions document. The fact that it offers conditional logic functionality, automation, and interoperability were critical features to our appreciation of the program.

I don't dislike anything about Carefeed. What I dislike about OTHER providers of software platforms that digitize adminissions documents is the fact that they don't have the significant and valuable additional features that Carefeed DOES beyond the admissions packet digitization.

Carefeed modules have digitizing the admissions process, assisted with staff communications, improved communications with Residents and their families, and offered a secure portal for scheduling.

CareFeed did not have the integration capabilities with our employee information platforms, but they were helpful and efficient in providing an alternative solution.

CareFeed has evolved our new resident/patient admissions process and new employee onboarding process entirely paperless. They have streamlined our communication methods with patients, family members, and employees while providing excellent customer support.

CareFeed offers multiple services in one product-we use for messaging, eSignatures, customer satisfaction surveys, marketing and much more. They are open to new ideas and have been continually improving and adding more to product.  Integrates with our Electronic Health Record.

Any problems we have had have been immediately corrected.

Communications with families of patients during COVID as well as automating our customer satisfaction process.

**What do you like best about Carefeed?**

CareFeed has helped our nursing community become more streamlined, efficient, and technology-forward. The ability to now request electronic signatures from patients/families while being incorporated with our welcome packet has made a big impression.

**What do you dislike about Carefeed?**

We are still in the roll-out stages, but so far everything has been seamless, with the exception of our community's electronic medical record having some difficulty integrating with CareFeed. However, I we do not feel that is CareFeed's fault.

CareFeed has made it easy to update our organization's welcome packet which previously was a hassle to update every year or two. It has also helped with making our organization appear more technology-focused being able to text and email information to our clients.

I love that you can get information to staff and families quickly. The interface is user friendly and allows the user to send messages with the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about Carefeed?**

Nothing yet. I have had no issues that could not have been resolved with the help of their fantastic support team. Katie and Heather have been absolute gems throughout my entire learning process.

**What problems is Carefeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass HIPPA compliant messaging. a Huge benefit during the peak of COVID. We have found more and more ways to utilize the program by enabling remote document signing, automatic messages, etc.

The Carefeed team is always assessable to help when a staff member needs staff member needs something. I enjoy working with the Carefeed team on implementing new ideas.

The system is slower since we have integrated with point-click care. However, the integration has been great!

Carefeed is solving the problem of the system being slow. I believe once this problem is resolved, the information will populate over to PointClickCare fast, and report will run quicker.
