We've been using Caplena since October 2024. We value its state of the art technology, the platform gets regular updates with most recent features and technologies that makes its use even easier. Pricing was transparent and well explained, tailored to our specific needs. Implementation was done really fast, team was proactive and offered detailed training/onboarding sessions. Our project managers value the agility of the customer support, the integrated translation function, and really enjoy using the platform for their survey projects overall.
