**What do you like best about Capital Factory?**

The members are inspiring and hardworking. Being surrounded by innovative people who were all working towards their goals and supporting each other along the way was refreshing. I felt like I was part of a supportive and collaborative community. The staff and coworkers are friendly and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Capital Factory?**

The Capital Factory has a ton of events and energy, which I thought was great!  But if you want silence you may want to hop in a phone booth or reserve a conference room.

**Recommendations to others considering Capital Factory:**

If you're new to Austin or looking to expand your network, joining Capital Factory is the place to be!

**What problems is Capital Factory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were in need of networking, collaboration opportunities and knowledge sharing as we grew our start up. Capital Factory hosts weekly networking and social events that are perfect for connecting with new people and learning about various topics and industries. Their SXSW events, such as the startup crawl, are also awesome. The collaborative Slack community and mentorship services, including mentor hours, are additional perks.
