Capboard is a great tool to manage equity, from captable to ESOPs. Very easy to implement, very easy to use. Outstanding customer support, I use it almost every day, and my team as well. It's easy to use, great UI, the ability to keep track of all the documents related to each round is simply awesome. It really carved a ton of time from working on our CAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
