**What do you like best about Capboard?**

It is centralized, meaning all the data to manage your captable is in one place. In that sense you avoid using multiple tools to update and communicate data the the Shareholders/Stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Capboard?**

It is  a little bit too technical when entering the capbtable information.

**What problems is Capboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool help me to centralize and control both the information of the captable and the communication with the Shareholders. In that sense I know where everything is placed and there is no need to be juggling between systems and managing credentials and levels of permission.

**What do you like best about Capboard?**

Capboard is a great tool to manage equity, from captable to ESOPs. Very easy to implement, very easy to use. Outsanding customer support, I use it almost every day, and my team as well. The nuember of features is correct. And we do have it integrate it with our corporate tools.

**What do you dislike about Capboard?**

Missing some features relaed to investment.

**What problems is Capboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Total control of ESOPs and transparency to the ESOP holders.

**What do you like best about Capboard?**

It's wasy to use, great UI, the ability to keep track of all the documents related to each round is simply awesome.
It really carved a ton of time from workin on our CAP.

**What do you dislike about Capboard?**

Maybe the UI can be a bit more dense. Some white spaces can be removed.

**What problems is Capboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So we used to manage our CAP table in excel. This becomes hard and tedious after a while. Moving to Capboard changed all that for the good.
