The platform offers a great set up to be able to manage the recruitment process from candidate submission through to offer stage. It integrates seamlessly with your internal platforms. Its organized and detailed, yet easy to use and operate especially from the client side. No log in required for the client which is great and many options for automatic reminders and notices ensuring the processes is moving along. One of the best functions is the chat box which anyone involved on a req can communicate through. It fosters quick communication and logs everything being said for quick recall. With its customizable functions you can create many stages of the process depending on the client's preference. (i.e. 1st interview, onsite, skills test, final interview, offer etc.). Overall its a great tool to keep everything in one place and avoid bogging down inboxes with email chains that are hard to recall and search through for key information. Definitely a time saver. I personally don't have any negatives at the moment for this platform. However, I will say that if there were any for myself or any future users, the team at Candidately has been extremely helpful and willing to make platform changes quickly based on their customer's feedback. We tried various candidate portal's to connect with Bullhorn ATS and Candidately was by far the market leader. They had a great and easy to use interface which really helped our customers to quickly learn and adapt to new system.

Their support team were great whenever we encountered an issue and were also happy to jump on calls with our customers to iron out a few teething issues.
