**What do you like best about Candidately?**

I like how easy to use it is! it was zero complicated to implement and it has several options to customize it. We use it in our daily operations and clients love it.

**What do you dislike about Candidately?**

Although we had encounter some issues, the team has been extremely helpful. All our concerns were addressed. So I can't really say there's something I dislike about Candidately!

**What problems is Candidately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiting became a back and forth email exchange in our company, and when you manage over 10 requisitions with different clients at the same time, things can get messy! Candidate.ly has helped us keeping all our shortlists and recruiting communication in a single place and it's really easy to access and find.

Clients have real-time updates increasing their satisfaction.

I really enjoy the easy to use dashboard and how easy it is to share profiles with my clients.

**What do you dislike about Candidately?**

To be honest, I am not really sure if there is anything I don't like about it!

**What problems is Candidately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our speed of hire has increased, our clients are loving the platform and the ability to hold all of the recruitment info the same place is excellent.  It is also great from an audit perspective and the updating of the records in bullhorn.

**What do you like best about Candidately?**

Candidate.ly is a daily site for me, and it's a great way (really the best way) to keep candidate profiles organized, and housed in one place. As a Recruiter, sending resumes over email can create a chaotic and dizzying email chain, which almost always results in candidates slipping through the cracks. 
Furthermore, the platform is not only easy on the eyes, but also super user friendly. I like to tell my clients who are new to the platform that it's kind of a like an online shopping cart--you can move candidates you like to the interview status, the ones you don't to declined, and can even send messages to help clarify questions about a candidate, or provide feedback to the recruitment team to help calibrate their search. 
Feedback from clients have been great, and I'd happily recommend this platform to anyone in the staffing field!

**What do you dislike about Candidately?**

The double email for first-time user clients is a bit annoying (first email sending them to the list where they need to input their email, then the second email actually allowing them access to the list), but it's really not a big deal. I only find it annoying because, at times, hiring managers (my clients) can lose momentum easily after having to answer a second email. However, I even hesitate to suggest this as an annoyance, because it's a very important security measure. 

I guess the only other thing I would say is that some of my clients work at companies where links to outside sites such as this are blocked or not allowed. But that's not really a Candidate.ly problem. 

Honestly, I really struggle to find something to say here!

**What problems is Candidately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping candidates organized and housed in one central location. This isn't an issue for me or my agency, perse (since we have an ATS that does this), but for my hiring managers. Emailing resumes is messy and dizzying. Also, the integration into our ATS is great!

"What I like best about Candidately is how easy it is to share candidate profiles with clients in a clean and professional way. The interface is straightforward, everything is well-organized, and it saves me a lot of time compared to sending CVs back and forth by email. Clients appreciate the clarity, and I appreciate the efficiency."

"What I dislike about Candidately is that sometimes the loading speed can be a bit slow when switching between profiles, especially if there are many candidates. It’s not a big issue, but improving performance would make the experience even smoother."

It is friendly to users without much training.

**What do you dislike about Candidately?**

Sometimes the screen gets "Frozen" in the middle of doing something, and the info that is uploading gets lost. 

Also, some features in the app can't be moved or changed. And sometimes it's a little bit frustrating since we would like to customize the app for our clients 
As well as the speed of the app. Sometimes it's super slow (specially when it comes to uploading profiles) 

Automation from BH to Candidately is still unavailable, and that makes the work slower than normal.

**What problems is Candidately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The support we get from our POC is great! super approachable and quick responsive. however the changes we want to make are still in process, and we haven't received any feedback yet since it's still a "work in progress" from the development team.

Candidately’s AI resume builder has cut our resume creation time from 30+ minutes to just 5! It’s easy to use, fully customizable, budget-friendly, and perfect for showcasing our employer brand. Plus, their team is incredibly supportive and responds within minutes—can’t recommend it enough!

**What do you dislike about Candidately?**

Just a minor comment: If you run out of resume credits within the same month, you need to contact their team to add more, as there isn’t currently a self-purchase option. It would be great to have this feature to save the extra step. That said, their support team is quick and helpful, and the service is so valuable that this hasn’t been a real blocker for us.

The amount of time saved is absolutely astonishing. I literally can’t imagine working without Candidately anymore. It’s incredibly easy to use, and the resume parsing is far superior to anything I’ve used before. Candidately has truly streamlined our workflow and made our team more efficient than ever.

There’s really nothing to dislike — Candidately delivers exactly what it promises and does it exceptionally well.

**What problems is Candidately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of the time we save comes specifically from working with highly qualified candidates. Candidately automatically organizes the resume and even writes the candidate summary — we just make a few small adjustments. Profiles that used to take around 45 minutes to prepare are now ready to send in just 5 minutes. It’s an incredible improvement in both speed and efficiency.

Incredibly user friendly for colleagues and clients, Easy to implement and an easy sell for new clients. I use it almost daily and it has seamless integration into our CMS tool Bullhorn.

There are 3 things that Kinsa Group has come to appreciate and value from our Candidately usage:
1. Professional, branded .pdf of Candidate cover sheet to accompany a submitted resume, whose content is mapped DIRECTLY from fields already filled in inside our DATABASE! (Great integration!)
2. Immediate visibility into whether or not our Client has viewed the candidate submission, so we know how and when to follow up.
3. The assistance from AI to write a customized Recruiter note to go on the cover sheet based on the candidate's resume and the job description the candidate is being submitted for, and the ease of insertion right into that .pdf (with the ability to edit or tweak with personal notes from an interview.)

**What do you dislike about Candidately?**

It would be great if the .pdf created and submitted to a client could be automatically downloaded/exported and attached to the Candidate profile (files tab), without an extra manual step, so that the content is visible to anyone right within our existing database if needed.

**What problems is Candidately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistency across our recruiting team in content of candidate submission and interview notes, providing a more uniform look and feel for Clients to meet expectations. Saving time in candidate submission write-ups by grabbing data already documented in our database and using AI to generate a recruiter note to the client about why they are a good fit for the open role.

A little tricky to set up had I been left on my own - but I wasn't the service from Jan and the team has been second to none!

So far, I have not found any downfalls of the system. In any system, there are always things to improve, and Candidate.ly is committed to developing and adding enhancements to our production environment. They are constantly coming out with tweaks to the system.

The portal has drastically reduced the need for back-and-forth email communications, which often led to emails being routed to junk folders or not being received at all. Now, our clients can quickly and easily gain access to their submitted candidates, and with just a few clicks, they can accept or decline candidates and request interviews—all within the same window. This streamlined approach has made the entire process more efficient and hassle-free for everyone involved.

Having a platform where all job order conversations, declines and interview requests are in one place and easy to navigate has allowed out staffing specialists to assist our clients quicker and more efficiently. Being able to see when the candidates are viewed by clinets makes follow up more successful. The customer service team at candidate.ly is extremely helpful ad htey move QUICK with any issues that arise and answer all questions thoroughly. The implementation process was quick and it integrates nicely with Bullhorn. My team and I live inside candidate.ly daily!

**What do you dislike about Candidately?**

The fact that we can only upload one candidate at a time from bullhorn was something to get used to but it allows us to focus on the profile one at a time. if this feature could be updated it would make things even quicker, but it is not a deal breaker!

Client response time from present to interview is better with candidate.ly, resulting in more placements.

Love the customization, the speed that you can work at once it's all set up and the support has been quick and top knotch.

**What do you dislike about Candidately?**

There are some features which are fixed and cannot be edited in or out such as the original approval options (Request interview etc). THe Marketing list feature does not include an option to approve or create custome approval fields which I think could be amended. 
There is not a function to update a candidate field in the candidate appearance section and then refresh for all your candidates on a list to have the new template show.

**What problems is Candidately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the issue of a consistant branded approval option that is quick and easy. This speeds up the process and improves on consistancy of information provided to clients.

Gal and Gustavo have been such a great help to us in onboarding their product! The attention to our questions and the understanding of where those questions are coming from is very appreciated. They are even proactive at looking at our settings and seeing where they think things can be tweaked to our benefit. The product is just being launched for us right now but it's sure to be a hit with our hiring managers! And I'm confident if we have issues in the future that Candidate.ly will be attentive to our needs!

No downsides so far. We are just implementing the tool but I am confident that if we do have issues, they will be heard and dealt with timely.

I have had a few clients not able to access the candidate.ly link but this may be user error.

We are trying to ensure our users are using Bullhorn, and this tool is integrated within Bullhorn, which is amazing! 

We love the customization of the cards, the profiles, and the overall look and feel of the tool. 

The customer service has been amazing as we have been customizing the portal and the templates.

**What do you dislike about Candidately?**

We are not sure how our users will respond to the change in their process. We are also not sure what our process would look like after the interview stage and communication on the offer side.

The platform offers a great set up to be able to manage the recruitment process from candidate submission through to offer stage. It integrates seamlessly with your internal platforms. Its organized and detailed, yet easy to use and operate especially from the client side. No log in required for the client which is great and many options for automatic reminders and notices ensuring the processes is moving along. One of the best functions is the chat box which anyone involved on a req can communicate through. It fosters quick communication and logs everything being said for quick recall.   With its customizable functions you can create many stages of the process depending on the client's preference. (i.e. 1st interview, onsite, skills test, final interview, offer etc.). Overall its a great tool to keep everything in one place and avoid bogging down inboxes with email chains that are hard to recall and search through for key information.  Definietly a time saver.

I personally don't have any negatives at the moment for this platform. However,  I will say that if there were any for myself or any future users, the team at Candidately has been extremely helpful and willing to make platform changes quickly based on their customer's feedback.

We tried various candidate portal's to connect with Bullhorn ATS and Candidately was by far the market leader. They had a great and easy to use interface which really helped our customers to quickly learn and adapt to new system. 

Their support team were great whenever we encountered an issue and were also happy to jump on calls with our customers to iron out a few teething issues. 

Gal and Gustavo in particular were excellent to deal with from a support / account management perspective.

Candidate.ly is an amazing system for Recruiters and Clients to streamline the recruitment processes. The seamless integration with our ATS system to communicate with clients about candidates is easy to use and all customizable. I love how intuitive the system is in regards to notifications, collaboration, recruitment stages, and managing candidates. 

I have to also mention that my experience as an admin and working with the customer success team to implement new users and clients has been nothing but ease. Communication, quality documentations, well prepared demos/trainings is what I can expect when working with them.

I haven't experienced nor heard of any painpoints so far, but I am confident with their support and customer success team that any issues or future enhancements will be handled.

Candidate.ly provides a user-friendly experience that allows us and our clients to work quickly and effectively together. Allowing direct communcation between all parties involved in the process means faster time-to-hire, enhanced candidate and client experience, and reduction of 'dead time' waiting for messages/feedback to be passed back and forth down a chain of contacts.
Having all the information in one place allows everyone to see what they need to without having to flick between emails, spreadsheets and call notes, which again, makes everyone's experience smoother and more efficient.
It is easy to implement and integrate with our CRM, and the customer service has been excellent - whenever we have had a technical issue, needed to train additional individuals on how to use things, or wanted to explore different options, the Candidate.ly team have always been happy to help out.
Overall Candidate.ly is a great tool and I'd highly recommend it.

The only issue we have come across is when creating lists: if we want Candidate.ly to communicate with our CRM and reflect changes made on the Candidate.ly lists, we need to create the list THROUGH the CRM. In instances where we have created the list through the browser, there is no simple way of linking the browser-created list to the relevant list on the CRM, meaning we have had to update the CRM list and the Candidate.ly list independently of one another.

I have used Candidately multiple times to present candidates to SMBE clients who don't have their own ATS/VMS tools. It has helped a lot in having all of the information for our clients in one place, and in making sure that no candidates fall through the cracks ever again. The good thing is they don't even have to have an account, and we can choose to keep candidate resumes anonymous until they have expressed interest or make it available from the get-go. The AI-assisted writing is not slouch either, as it also helps in highlighting various candidate strengths to better market the candidates to our clients!

Limited amount of customization options for candidate information fields, but most information you'd want to add can be covered by the free-hand notes anyway.

It is very easy to use and learn.  It takes a lot of repetition out of my daily tasks.  I love the almost immediate feedback I get from my clients. Nothing.  Anything I initially questioned was addressed and answered by Support.

Sending candidate resumes easily and efficiently to clients.  It does so much of the work for us, and it looks very professional.  The AI suggested Recruiter Notes are a big help too.  The best part is that we can see when the client reviews the resumes, how many times they looked at them and for how long.  It is so easy for the cleints as well.  They all seem to love it.  The ease and quick response time is so much better than sending emails and not knowing if the received read them.

candidately has a user friendly interface, using candidately is seemless with the usual process of tracking CVs. Seeing when someone has viewed the list and how long they spent reviewing a CV is very useful.

Larger clients we work with tend to have their own ATS systems or CRMs that we have to upload CVs to which removes the need for Candidately, if there a way to connect candidately submissions into our clients portal it could allow us to use it for more clients. 

The AI summary is a great concept but the content is not quite accurate, it will be good to understand where this information is pulling from, if there is a way for us to code the candidate better in Bullhorn to give a better AI summary that would be useful.

It is helping us move away from an old process of attaching files to an email and being able to keep up with the times of technology. We are also using for smaller clients who do not have their own ATS technology, giving them the feel of a portal. It could go one step further if there was a login option for the client, so it could appear as a tailored portal for that client.

I like that every job order that we have has their on list. For example, if we have different positions open for one client, each position will have their own list of candidates where our clients can pick from. Aside from that, the client can approve or decline the candidates presented thru there and add a description on why they are rejecting the candidate.

Some clients even tho they agree to using it, tend to rather do it the old school way and have us send them an email directly. In these situations, I still submit the candidate thru candidately for documentation purposes but also follow up with that email adding details of the candidate's work history and a resume attached.

Sometimes human resources or managers tend to receive a lot of emails and sometimes our emails can get lost in the bunch. With Candidately, the resumes we present are on one specific platform.

Bull Horn is a good ATS, but lacking in many areas. One of those is candidate submissions. Candidate.ly quickly and seamlessly integrates into BH as a tab. You can quickly upload all the data and files from BH to Candidate.ly by clicking the tab. The client now has a portal for all their open reqs - easily seen. Everything is on one page with most of the data customizable. When a client replies in the comment field, everyone receives an email. Anyone can respond to the email OR respond in Candidate.ly - nothing is lost. You no longer need to look up emails for submissions - they're all in one place. Clients who were resistant - are all now using it. We've even added Canidate.ly as a benefit, differentially Xyon Global from other agencies. Lastly, their support is amazing and they eagerly desire feedback to improve their system (they made an improvement within a week). Highly recommend.

Nothing so far. Additional functionality we spoke about should be in Q3.
