During implementation, we encountered situations where requirements or expectations needed clarification. Camptra’s team was accessible, engaged, and willing to work through the details with us until there was a common understanding of the issue and the next steps. Their team has demonstrated a practical, solution-oriented approach rather than simply providing a product and leaving the customer to work through implementation challenges independently. **What do you dislike about Camptra Technologies, LLC?** I do not have any significant concerns with Camptra based on my experience. As with many implementations involving multiple technical and business stakeholders, there were some communication gaps early in the process. Once those were identified, however, Camptra was responsive and worked collaboratively with us to clarify the requirements and get everyone aligned. Based on my experience, they have been responsive, collaborative, and willing to help resolve issues as they arise. **What problems is Camptra Technologies, LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Camptra has helped us improve payroll reconciliation by reducing the amount of manual effort required to identify and resolve exceptions before payroll is finalized. Our payroll team operates within a relatively short reconciliation window, so having a partner that understands the process and can help implement solutions that focus attention on discrepancies rather than manual data comparison provides meaningful value. From my IT perspective, Camptra has also helped bridge technical and business requirements during implementation and troubleshooting. Their support has helped our internal teams clarify issues, align on next steps, and move implementations forward more efficiently. ### 2. Reports generated from the Oracle payroll system often contain multiple sheets making it difficult to audit efficiently. Camptra's reconciliation tool allows us to upload the reports, including those with multiple sheets, with no manual preparation. After the reconciliation is complete exception reports are provided that highlight potential issues for us to review. **What do you dislike about Camptra Technologies, LLC?** There are not many downsides, with the exception of the cost of third-party software to reconcile Oracle payroll. It would be nice if this functionality was provided by Oracle. Certainly not an issue with Camptra or its product. **Recommendations to others considering Camptra Technologies, LLC:** There are some setup/configuration/mapping activities that must occur for the reconciliations to run. Consider that in your timeline and ask a lot of questions. Once setup, the process to load reports, run the reconciliation and access the output is very easy. I would also add that through the process the Camptra team was responsive, provided solutions timely, and was accommodating with the time zone differences. They were also patient and respected our timelines when requesting follow-up meetings. **What problems is Camptra Technologies, LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using their reconciliation tools for Oracle Payroll, Benefits and GL Costing related to payroll transactions. The faster, more efficient payroll and benefits reconciliation ensures there are no negative impacts on employees from changes in each payroll. What used to take 1-2 days manually can now be completed in a couple of hours and certified for each payroll. Their customer service and depth of Oracle Cloud Fusion knowledge make them an extension of our team, which is second to none. Harv and her team are fantastic people to work with, making our payroll and benefits teams very happy.
