I find Cake Equity to be simple to use and really intuitive, which is especially beneficial for those who aren't necessarily experts in this space. It makes understanding complex aspects of managing a company and a staff capital table much easier. I appreciate how quickly I can get a glance at my cap table and how well it facilitates modeling for capital raising and gathering investor information during capital raise processes. The ease of setup was another highlight, as the initial setup was very easy for me. It’s got what I need at a price that makes sense for an early stage founder. I’m able to scale it with the business, track my cap table, model dilution etc. it just makes it really easy to understand the equity side which can be confusing when you first start planning everything out.
