I use Cake Equity for managing our cap table, ESOP, and different classes of shareholders. I appreciate that it aggregates relevant information in one place and presents a visually simple profile of our investor base. I like having template documents to ensure consistency and the scenario analysis feature. I find the flexible but simple interface very helpful as it asks about the most pertinent information to set up your account, which makes analysis of our shareholders and different share classes quicker and easier. The initial setup was pretty easy, as long as you have the right contact information and share registry data.
