I like the fact that Cake Equity is well set up and easy to use. It takes away the complexity of dealing with setting up safe notes and allows me to easily manage my cap table. I found the initial setup relatively easy, especially with the support phone support which helped us. It was quite simple once we understood what we had to do.

The visual representations of the cap table are pretty and easy to understand. It is intuitive to work in. Easy to download the cap table.
