Starter includes 30 stakeholders (pay per additional) and adds cap table management, vesting, SAFE & convertible notes, fundraising/scenario modeling, e-signing, and shareholder access.

Growth (most popular) expands to Incentive Plans (options, RSUs, RSAs), board approvals, exercising, reporting, team benchmarks, employee access, and basic migration, with 30 stakeholders included plus per-additional pricing.

Pro offers custom pricing for advanced needs—409A, ASC 718/IFRS2, ESS/3921 reporting, international pools, date-based reporting, and priority onboarding/support.

Cake allows flexible monthly billing to match cash flow, or go annual anytime and save ~20%. 409A valuations can be bundled with any annual plan. Founder-friendly, stakeholder-based pricing gives you the most flexibility to grow and scale.

What do you like best about Cake Equity?

Service. I can schedule a same-day 20 minute session where I have 1-on-1 help setting things up. I had specific questions and the session was based entirely on what I needed. Also, the interface is intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cake Equity?

I would like to transact investments through the platform if I bring my own financing documents. If I bring my own financing documents, I have to collect the money separately instead of through Cake.
