Its onboarding and sales process was streamlined and very efficient, making the switch easier and helping me finalize our decision. The platform is more affordable and flexible than the alternatives, with competitive and affordable pricing being a big plus. I appreciate the feature parity with competitors, but Cake Equity stands out with its more elegant and simple user interface and very simple, efficient onboarding process. The initial setup has been very easy, really efficient, and streamlined. I only had to upload a few documents and almost overnight, the Cake Equity team had it ready to go. Even with a complex cap table, 90% of the work was done within 24 hours with minimal effort on my part. **What do you dislike about Cake Equity?** The only thing we've come across so far that seems like it could be a potential shortcoming is its capabilities around reverse splits. It does not natively support reverse splits, though it does have a workaround for that. On our side, the engagement from our CSM and the support team has also been top class. I also LOVE the ability to educate employees through simple videos (so much better than the competitors). The shorter explainer videos are great, better than the walls of text The team was great, they gave fast, thoughtful responses when I had detailed questions about audits and compliance. They were willing to give sandbox access quickly so we could actually click around, not just watch a demo. It is intuitive to work in. Cake solved that problem. It is complicated so there were a lot of things to learn but I was able to do it. Mistakes are also easy to fix which has been great for me!
