"Streamlined Maintenance Tracking, with a Small Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about CAFMPRO?

I find CAFMPRO easy to use, comprehensive, and cost-effective. Its clear interface and connected modules make it easy for me to manage maintenance tasks, check work order status, and access equipment history without switching between tools. It helps my team avoid missed maintenance tasks, reduce manual follow-ups, and keep equipment records and schedules organized in one place. The setup was fairly straightforward, and the onboarding process was smooth. New team members need a little time to get familiar with all the modules, but once they do, the daily workflow is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CAFMPRO?

It takes a little time for new team members to get familiar with all the modules. Organizing our asset data during setup also took some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
