CAFMPRO is a facility-management platform developed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It brings CAFM and CMMS into one operating model, so a facility record keeps its identity as it moves from place, to work, to evidence, to performance, to payment. Fifteen modules share that model: Properties and Locations, Asset Management, Corrective Maintenance, Planned Preventive Maintenance, Manpower, Contracts and KPI, Procurement, Warehouse and Inventory, Events, Keys, Security, QHSE, Water and Energy, Document Control, and Space Management. Operational records feed the Contracts and KPI module, so a finalised KPI period produces a draft invoice - the contractor's payable amount under the contract rules, for review and approval, with the evidence behind each deduction attached. A built-in AI assistant retrieves records and suggests next actions for a person to decide on; it does not edit or approve source records. Arabic and English, web and mobile. On-premises deployment available on request.
