**What do you like best about C5 Insight?**

I enjoy the process automation features as it frees up our team to focus on some of our bigger-picture ideas rather than the day-to-day tasks that used to eat away at their calendars.

**What do you dislike about C5 Insight?**

I can't think of anything for this category as their support and implementation teams were extremely helpful in getting us set up and running forward with the product.

**Recommendations to others considering C5 Insight:**

I would recommend seeing a demo to see if it is the right product for your team and to see how they can customize your experience to meet your needs.

**What problems is C5 Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of different employers and employees that we partner with, and C5 streamlines all of that to meet our engagement needs. C5 offers a contemporary approach to collaboration and keeps all our communications organized for our staff.
