**What do you like best about Byga?**

BYGA is exceptional software.  Not only does it bring innovation and cutting edge applications to our Club, the people at BYGA are the best.  The people are accessible, friendly, knowledgeable, and above all AWESOME!  The onboarding process is next level.  The customer service is remarkable.  The software makes us better at every level, on and off the field.  I don't know what we did before BYGA.  It makes our workflow fast and seamless.  It is functional and user-friendly for clubs of all sizes.  I work with 5 different clubs in our city and ALL love it.  I highly recommend BYGA if you want to improve your workflow and organization!  #BYGAROCKS!

**What do you dislike about Byga?**

There is nothing I don't like about BYGA... BYGA keeps pumping out new innovations and applications... They pivot quickly add and adjust things we request and are open to suggestions that may help our organization specifically... The scheduling system rocks along with everyhting else!  BYGA IS AWESOME!

**What problems is Byga solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BYGA helps streamline our communication and workflow.  One of the highlights is the ability to add guest players to training and games.  We can easily set rosters for the future and publish these to the teams or hide them.  It is a great innovation that helps us set notifications for families and teams.  Next, the practice and scheduling functionality is NEXT LEVEL.  Build your practice grid internally, share it with you staff to review... seamless!  BYGA imports your game schedules from league and tournament sites!  WOW!  I have not idea what we did before this function.  BYGA has changed the game by this addition alone... If you are still adding your own games and making changes on the fly... you are in the dark ages.  BYGA brings innovation to your doorstep by adding/changing your games for you as they are updated on the league and tournament sites... #BYGAROCKS
