After 4 months, we were behind schedule, cutting requirements and having project team turn over every couple of weeks. in a 5 month period, we had 6 changes to the team, and after 1 year, not one person who started the project from BVA still worked for the company.

Consider another agency. The sales team we met with never spoke to us after the project started. The project team immediately said they could not meet the SOW timeline the day we made our retainer payment.
