What do you dislike about BV Accel?
After 4 months, we were behind schedule, cutting requirements and having project team turn over every couple of weeks. in a 5 month period, we had 6 changes to the team, and after 1 year, not one person who started the project from BVA still worked for the company.
Additionally, after cutting many requirements to meet the deadline BVA had committed to, we were told that those requirements were no longer in scope, and the cost to add them back exceeded the cost of the initial project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering BV Accel:
Consider another agency. The sales team we met with never spoke to us after the project started. The project team immediately said they could not meet the SOW timeline the day we made our retainer payment. The project team turned over so many times we were training their people, and when the project went over budget, they took no ownership.

What problems is BV Accel solving and how is that benefiting you?
