**What do you like best about BuildPulse?**

The flake detection was super useful - we received a daily Slack alert notifying our team of the flakiest tests in our test suite so that we could pend/fix them.

**What do you dislike about BuildPulse?**

Can't cancel through the UI. Contacted the company to cancel, they attempted an upsell, and when I said I'd just like to cancel I got no further replies despite numerous follow-up emails. They tried to continue charging my card but I'd already frozen it at that point.

**What problems is BuildPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flaky test detection.

There weren't any major downsides to using BuildPulse. The setup was fast and easy. No complaints.
