Product Demo and working sessions provided by the Support team are diligently planned and detail oriented which made it easy to understand and work with even for the individuals that are only beginners in automation. The in-built actions available in Avo proved to be greatly helpful in designing automation scripts for individuals with absolutely no coding knowledge. The continued support provided by the Support Team is making our learning and implementation is proving beneficial to achieving automation goals. **What do you dislike about Avo Assure?** The Avo Assure e-learning content could be better in terms of quality, as it appears a bit blurry. Also, the navigation buttons such as “play/pause” and “10 sec back and forth” stay on the e-learning screen throughout the course, which can be inconvenient and distracting for the learner. **What problems is Avo Assure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pre-built actions (AI featured) have been very helpful for handling webpage features such as file uploads, dropdowns, calendar selections, adding secure text, and more. Also, we switched to Avo Assure after an in-depth and lengthy review of the top 5 tools in the market from Garner, and Avo Assure was the best. **What do you dislike about Avo Assure?** Avo had an older UI for how to store test scripts but this has been improved drastically. The initial setup was very easy, and the Avo Assure Team was helpful in configuration. **What do you dislike about Avo Assure?** I dislike that you need to install the Avo client, and if the client isn't started, the Avo Assure test script won't work for creation and execution. There's no indication when the client is down. Also, sometimes the Avo client gets hung on my laptop. **What problems is Avo Assure solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Avo Assure to automate testing on Salesforce, reducing the time-consuming manual retests. Also the UI is pretty simple, Application under test - be it SAP, Webpage, Desktop can be selected easily **What do you dislike about Avo Assure?** One issue with Avo Assure is that in case of tough scenarios especially in client specific time bound projects, support or resources/knowledge articles are not readily available for users thereby delay in solving issues and more time spent in trials and errors. **What problems is Avo Assure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business problem currently is automation of only web pages for an E2E business scenario for e-commerce platform. Importance here is the ease with which we can automate and time spent is very less as compared to traditional testing solutions where in coding+maintenance takes most of the time ### 8. The automation keywords are very much user friendly and keyword can be added if required. There is quick response and support provided from Avo team (Abhiram, Rajesh, Rayesh and team) if any clarification required. **What do you dislike about Avo Assure?** The functionality are very advanced and excellent but only thing which can be improvised in is Performance.
