What do you like best about BugHerd?

As a designer, BugHerd has been incredibly helpful in ensuring design accuracy during development. After I complete the screen designs, I often notice inconsistencies when reviewing the developed website. BugHerd allows me to log these issues directly on the live site easily. It's a visual, intuitive tool that makes bug tracking simple, especially for non-technical team members. What do you dislike about BugHerd?

While BugHerd is extremely useful, sometimes the interface can feel slightly laggy when dealing with a high volume of tasks or comments. "Much easier than email and spreadsheets!"

What do you like best about BugHerd?

I love how BudHerd allows me to log my bugs in real time, but it allows the developer to fix at their own pace. It's way better than emailing back and forth with screenshots. It's way better than using a spreadsheet. It just makes sense, and it was easy to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

I wish I could more easily tell which tasks were complete, or see them organized in some way. I would also love the bug log to be able to minimize so that if I'm copying and pasting text from the page, I don't have to close it out and start over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Invaluable tool for website design feedback and content edits"

What do you like best about BugHerd?

I have tested several similar services and found all of them lacking in critical ways. BugHerd works incredibly well for our small team of developers and content managers. We deploy the software on all of our WordPress sites and it allows our clients to quickly supply feedback and submit change requests.
