**What do you like best about Noodle?**

The Noodle system for us is a very broad communication system which allows us to connect with a group or several work groups, to be able to carry out any type of project or presentation, in addition to this it offers other tools which are very similar to programs like Blizz, Slack among others, which allows us to communicate and manage our time with tools such as calendars, schedules, Notes, sales and in this way we can have something much more comfortable to communicate with, in general I like the system and how it worked for us.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

I love the system so I don't have any negative points however I think it can improve the servers although they work perfectly give a new update to your system and desktop program could give you something more updated, that is to say more futuristic, to provide a more solution attractive.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have any kind of problem in this regard, it seems very attractive to me as Noodle has been implemented to solve our great problem that is to maintain communication, it also offers us additional tools to manage, communicate, do tasks, notes, time and in this way have our whole life work in a single program maintaining continuous administration and also has the main chat and conference tool in this way we can communicate in groups carry out projects and events I like the system because we can also create publications that is a tool and optional to put into practice and It works similar to Facebook where we can post and add ideas to interact with colleagues from other areas.

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

The service that we use Noodle is a totally different communication system than others because it allows me to be much closer to my work group but not only does the communication system offer us a Chat service but it also allows us to communicate In different ways, various tools such as a forum type to be able to communicate our ideas or approach to other workers, a calendar system, an annotation system, tools that are very valuable to improve the day at work.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

I do not have any type of problem or inconvenience with the service, I found it very pleasant and it is always in the moment it is needed, however it can improve in certain points such as a good optimization, a change of appearance are points that do not affect the system but can attract more users.

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Software that allows us to communicate already exists and are very common but not like Noodle, it is different and I like it because it not only allows me to communicate with my colleagues but also allows me to ask questions by creating forums or invitations in order to be much more connected to the company in general, is very pleasant and easy to use, in addition to useful tools and functionality, one of its most used tools is calendar functionality, in this way we can be attentive to any event or in this way save interviews, this system of Communication is private but in the same way, it publishes since we can send documents, images or files either by chat or by forum, it works both ways and is very effective in its work.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

Problems with the system in no time, has failures can be saturated due to the amount of information from forums, ideas or questions from the workers of the company and this can be a problem, it would be important to add some notification system where the information indicates that it is exceeding the limit and also eliminate old unused information.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

I recommend it for many situations but among the most relevant it is because it allows us to be connected to the entire business community and in this way it can answer us, ideas, questions or any circumstance that appears to me I find it extremely excellent software and I recommend it.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the company we are each in their area of work, however we decided to communicate in the most open way and get to know each other, Noodle allowed us to achieve this goal, making a much broader community where it is possible to communicate through ideas questions or private Chat all through Noodle, it is very important to note that we can all create questions or answer those questions, it makes everything interactive and I like the basic and easy tools for all employees to use it I am happy with this implementation.

This platform gives you the ability to perform good personnel administration, create forms and have a good database, even create a good base for a social network. Something very important is the integration of a login option (SSO) for those users who are based in the cloud. Its tools are incredible instruments for creating surveys, calendars, forms, and you can even easily configure any photo galley.

The design is very robust and not flexible compared to others for the products it provides. I have not had any problems or inconveniences with this platform. Very good choice.

  ### 7. Effective for companies of all sizes, with bunch of features and great customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie M. | Human Resources Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Firstly how granular the assignment of permissions is because it has the ability to split permissions into multiple levels for each user or for an entire group. The customer service is very good, their response times have been quick and they have been able to provide the solutions the times we have needed to contact them. Bulk mailing to specific groups or users is helpful as it does so directly from your Intranet email portal.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

I do not like that if I block editing for an area, users can't 'Like' anything there, makes the button similar kind of useless. Another thing is the internal messaging only sends if the user is inside the app because there is no desktop function that sent the message unless you are in Noodle. It doesn't have a mobile app which is a shame as it would be of great help in terms of communication and productivity.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

I have full confidence to say that if you are looking for an application that is easy to use, efficient, highly customizable, with a great permissions system then this is the option for you and your company. In terms of usability, performance and design does an excellent job balancing all these areas, as well as being a platform that offers security and efficient communication channels at all times, it also has a price that fits easily in the budget of almost any company which is awesome.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company was in the long search for software that had an Intranet portal that was highly scalable to support a growing network across different branches and offices deployed across the country and Noodle was the best-fitting alternative for us. Permission levels are a great point in favor for this tool as well as the incorporation of several built-in tools that have been of great help to us

This platform offers a wide number of functions that allow you to share documents and files, create forms, you can use instant messaging to communicate within the company, it really seems to me that in my experience that this software is very complete.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bernard K. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Noodle is a system that we use for open communication. It is a forum-type system where users can implement or add new ideas for work projects or simply ask each other about some type of situation, such as communicating with each other or creating simple surveys to Make it interactive and allow you to create new topics to keep workers active for their free time, in addition to this, your personal and private chat system to communicate more quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

I am happy because the system works very well, however it has certain points that may fail, such as the lack of calls, a videoconferencing system to make presentations, which is very important today.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

I recommend because it has worked very well and uses the forum daily to communicate new tasks to employees new ideas something so they can be distracted from a little work, in addition to that the chat system to communicate with my work team and in this way it will be the projects are much easier I am happy because it works very well and I recommend it.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was decided to find a system to communicate and help employees have a moment of distraction where they can write or have a personal forum system to write any type of idea in this way a survey system to understand if they are right or wrong It is for this reason that we are happy within their work area because we provide solutions within the company, further increasing the capacity of our employees and functional to carry out work projects.

  ### 11. Free communication system for employees.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jones W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Noodle is the best tool I've tried to have a good communication in the company. The truth is that it has a lot of interesting options that at first don't seem useful but that at some point become indispensable because they are things we use on a daily basis. For example, surveys and polls are perfect for making decisions that do not need a very wide discussion. Forums are ideal to talk about an important topic. Releases are perfect for notifying about a company decision. They are all very successful communication channels that improve our communication in the office day by day.
In addition to these functions, there are other essential ones, such as attaching files and configuring the interface to the user's liking.
The truth is that I did not expect this software to be so useful.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

I think the only thing I don't like is that forum notifications get into the spam folder of the mail. Another thing may be that some icons I want to remove completely, but I can't. They are small details that do not hinder the experience at all.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

The truth is that I think Noodle is a must for any company that wants to work as a team. There is no other software that I know of that is better than this one. I don't know how it would be possible to replace this experience because it seems ideal to me. If you want to improve your team's communication, make use of polls for everything simple, post in the forums, upload important files in the threads, and to avoid confusion, assign as administrators only the most qualified team to moderate the messages.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had tried several options in the office to improve the communication we had. The talks at the end of the day were not as productive as we thought because there were small things we had to choose in advance. With Noodle, we were able to make some consultations for each worker to review throughout their day without being interrupted. This way, when we meet at the end of the day, we can talk calmly about the points that were being dealt with during the last hours and it doesn't leave anyone surprised.
I think that the forums are another success because it is possible to leave a permanent record of everything that happens. That makes it possible for anyone to go and check what's going on. No one has any doubts about the issues and the decisions anymore.

  ### 12. Impeccable communication.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeft B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

This business messaging service seems very efficient and complete to be able to offer different tools to workers so that they can communicate with each other and offer ideas or in this way be able to hang out, as a different communication, in addition to this, it has other tools such as; calendar, private chats and in turn allows to send and receive documents, I am happy because the tool not only offers us to be able to communicate but also to keep our agenda up to date and to save time and in turn be more effective when responding to any situation that is found In our working group, it works in a correct way and is truly useful.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

There are different points that we must try to improve as the servers mainly offer a new update to the design, allow the deletion of some text published by a necessary employee and thus protect privacy, being able to avoid certain posts in order to pass them on to others in this way Important ideas are kept and the system needed cleaning can be done manually.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

I recommend it to users because their tools are effective and varied, it is possible to investigate other services since noodle lacks some tools such as video calls or calls, however the chat communication system that is its main offer complies with it and we are happy for that.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Noodle was implemented in order to address a communication problem, although we used systems to communicate via email, it was decided to find a much faster and more effective communication system where we could work both in marketing, finance, CRM, HR, CS, CAD , and more. In other areas for work and projects, in this way the work team is more united, in addition to communicating and implementing ideas so that other workers can respond and contribute to the project through their posts as a social network, these fundamental points that help us to Keeping the working group happy and it has worked in a successful way has achieved that goal to maintain stable communication inside and outside the company.

  ### 13. Clean and stable communication.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gibson O. | Information Technology Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Noodle is a service that I use in company to be able to communicate with my work team is much faster and more efficient since it allows me to open private chat and in this way to be able to send documents, images or relevant information to carry out projects with working groups, in addition to this it offers us another tool that allows you to make a post similar to social networks but much more professional and for business use, and is an important factor since it allows maternal communications and also with different tools to be able to add appointments it is a nice and useful system.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

It is a very extensive system but at the same time basic so it can be very easy to use, what can harm users is that only some moderators are able to delete the information that is placed in the initial post, if there is any typing error is annoying to edit or modify.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

I recommend it because it seems to me to be a simple easy system very similar to any other communication tool but with a small system that makes it more professional, the system is for web use or as an application I am happy with the good results.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving more important problems such as communication within the company, being able to ask questions to other colleagues without having to go directly to the area, with this, everyone can offer their opinion in order to reach a conclusion. It is a very specific and very specific service, in addition to the fact that the Chat tool privately is a more used tool and the communication is maintained and I love it.

  ### 14. The communication system is stable and allows generating projects.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcos S. | Assistant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Noodle offers many communication options in one place. This makes communication much easier because there are the right tools. For example, when you have to decide something by vote, instead of discussing the advantages and disadvantages, you just create a post explaining all the aspects and open a poll to make the decision.
I think it's a good thing that the software includes the option to upload files. Noodle is very much like a forum, but without its limitations.
The role assignment and the channels for each topic seem to me to be a success. This way the administrator can control communication.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

The only thing I don't like about Noodle is that the notifications arrive to me by mail, I consider it a lot of spam. I'd like to remove that setting. I don't know if it exists, but I haven't been able to configure this notifications thing. What I did was to configure my mail to filter the messages from Noodle, but I would not like to miss any important notification. I think those settings should be in the application.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

Running Noodle on a local server ensures that security is 100% protected. Also, it's great that we don't need an external server.
To have a continuous support of the updates, I recommend to buy the monthly package. The expense is worth it.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the office we used a lot of communication tools and everything was scattered. It was a bit confusing to have so many messy means. Now Noodle offers us everything we need. Teamwork and communication have improved a lot! It was exactly what we were looking for.

  ### 15. Perfect for creating communication levels.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie E. | Information Technology Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

It's very effective software. All office communication is centralized in one place. It has many features that are necessary to improve communication: polls and surveys, instant messaging, tracking file versions, using tags.
The whole experience of using Noodle reminds me a lot of a forum, so it was very easy to integrate this software into the office.
It has an administrator filter, so not just any user can delete messages.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

There are limitations to modifying the design that I find absurd. I can't remove some icons when I want to, for example. It's not a big deal, but it's annoying not to be able to do it.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

If someone wants to customize Noodle, they need to know JavaScript. JQuery is enough to make the modifications. As it is a very extended library, it is not a problem to get someone who knows how to do it with some basic notions.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now all of us in the company can find out what's new at the same time. In addition, all important documentation, such as CVs and contact details of employees, are in one place.
It solved a key problem that I must clarify because it solved the communication system, which I love because now we can talk among all the work team to communicate and give project ideas.

  ### 16. perfect for maintaining free communication.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank R. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Noodle is a service that the company uses in order to create a communication space within an area or the entire company, it is a web page type system where it is possible to create forums, questions, conferences, a personal or group chat, add documents files a formal and communicative system that allows to join all the areas in a great work team which makes it much more interactive, I love it because a user can enter and create any new tab to be able to interact in it, only those main users are those who can delete or delete any created tab this is good because the tool allows me to add filters.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

I have no problem with the system, only certain points to improve either the server or simply deleting forum history so that the amount of messages does not collapse as well as being able to eliminate the email system to avoid spam emails.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

As I said before, a very attractive and complete service. Communication is its main function and it fulfills it in an excellent way. In addition to its tools, they are very easy to use because they are very interactive, which is pleasant.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used the email system as in any company, however, it was decided to find a more effective solution and this was Noodle the best because it is easier to use, more interactive and fun because it is possible to create a work forum to communicate show ideas documents, it is a very wide system and I like it because it works in a very effective way, that is why the tools they offer us are simple and attractive.

  ### 17. Noodle

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alain B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Our intraoffice contact was safe and unified. It took a lot of time and energy to get things going as we use Noodle as the center for regulations, human resources and training materials and images. The time spent was not due to the development of the Noodle, but because of the vast volume of knowledge we had to write. Easy to sign in and upgrade is. The interface is customisable and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

Doesn't fit very well with outlook / exchange calendars. Messaging needs more change but I believe it's going to arrive with time.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

You may run Noodle in the cloud or host it on local servers; this makes it incredibly handy. It is a perfect tool for team coordination and cooperation

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the app with our employees. Through this app intranet we will publish news and helpful connections in one central place. This is simple to use but still convenient for the admin to handle.

  ### 18. My detailed opinion on this excellent service of team collaboration.

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

The product is highly customizable to meet a multitude of needs at the business level to its users, a very important feature that provides this service is its high security because when you enter the platform you have to enter the username and password of the person to maintain a high privacy of applications. Its messaging function works effectively so that work teams can maintain communication at all times, if we talk about its workflow function allows to facilitate daily tasks and expand the functions to automate documentation tasks. All the benefits that are obtained with this tool are at a very economic price, really for the companies it is a great advantage to be able to have a service as effective as it is Noodle.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

The tool still needs some improvements to perfect its operation but in general it works correctly every time I use it, I would like that in its messaging function at the time of writing it has spell checkers and emoticons to boost in a more simplified way the communication by this means.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

The implementation of Noodle is ideal for any business, it is a system that meets many needs of uses and is very efficient, personally I have acquired a very good experience on this service because in my company has demonstrated how functional it is at all times, the platform I recommend it with much guarantee for being a very agile system, solid, with great support team and for being high security. **What do you like best about Noodle?**

Noodle is a tool that has undoubtedly earned my trust, because it has given me a unique experience, the platform has a very intuitive interface that allows people to know how it works in just a few days, the software is distinguished by being very objective and allow users to perform their digital tasks with the highest performance, Its cost makes it ideal to implement in companies of any size because if we compare Noodle with other similar tools people can appreciate how economical it is, its support team I must admit that is incredible because it is very attentive and responds quickly to help users, really this is something that transmits much security on this software.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

I have noticed that when scrolling in the windows of your interface there is a moment when the software works with some delays that last a few seconds, in general this is something that does not concern me almost but if you can add some improvement to avoid this would be excellent for users who operate the software daily. I would also like the Noodle service to have mobile applications available that allow connection to this software from anywhere.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

I define Nodle as a very powerful solution to implement in any company, as it is the perfect service to achieve efficient management of workflows, database, documents and form, the tool is very easy to use and is currently available to everyone for its low cost. ### 22. Noodles are quick and simple, but they are a powerful communication tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda D. | Manager - Head of Project Office, Research, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Noodle offers all the basic features that come with Microsoft's SharePoint, but at a cheaper price. I like the versatility it offers at a decent price compared to SharePoint. I like that you don't have to have a separate app for chat and video chat and that it offers the same extensibility as adding JavaScript for customization. I like having someone I can talk to directly about questions, concerns, who has the ability to address my issues or put me in touch with someone who can help me.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

At first, since I had been working with SharePoint Designer for so long, I was saddened that Noodle didn't have an equivalent to it. I was also unsure about the fact that you can't create separate sites with Noodle. Both concerns were resolved after working with the wonderful Noodle team. The things I didn't like about their design turned out to be a better solution than the way Microsoft had approached things. Now I have no complaints!

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

Learn JQuery. It is simple and a powerful asset for working with Noodle as well as many other web-based applications.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am in the process of recreating all the things I did in SharePoint with Noodle, but I have been able to find better ways to use the portlets they offer simply by learning and following the ideas behind the way they were created.

  ### 23. Better Than the Rest

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allen N. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

I have looked at and tried at least a dozen Intranet packages and Noodle stands alone in features and price point. The interface is clean and simple but offers powerful options to customize just about everything. Noodle offers all of the options that are expected with a packaged Intranet plus a few more. For example, Noodle has an electronic form tools with workflows and a database. These features put it above all of the other "standard" Intranet options. Noodle is very easy to set up and use. Our people can start using it with very little training. Their customer support is one of the best I've experienced in my many years in I.T. Very responsive and quick. You have a contact person who can give you one-on-one support and help you get started right away. They welcome suggestions to improve the product and even respond to your ideas.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

Like all products there is some room for improvement but my complaints are very minor. I want them to add conditional logic to the fields in the electronic forms, such as the ability to hide or show specific fields bases on selections. I also want to see them expand the surveys and polls feature. It's good but currently a little too lean on options. I feel confident that Noodle will continue to improve and I like being allowed to be a part of that process.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

Check out the electronic forms with workflow and custom database. These are very powerful features that are not difficult to learn and use. If you need training, just ask the guys at Noodle. They will be happy to help you out.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As expected, we use Noodle for document sharing, project management, calendar sharing, and improving our communications. With the electronic forms we created a non-compliance database. This allows us to track issues with our parts and materials and to create reports for management.
We have customized our home page so that is a dashboard. When our people login they can see important information at a glance and then drill down as needed for more details.

  ### 24. Noodle review from the Legal Sector

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris K. | Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Noodle is a jack of all trades. The platform can do almost all functions of a intranet very well. The strongest selling point of Noodle is there excellent customer service who never stop striving to help, as well as a huge Value to cost platform. Other services/platforms Will easily cost 10-20x more.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

Noodle is a jack of all trades but can struggle with heavy customization. Our place of business used the intranet to book conference rooms and we adapted noodle to do this through calendars. This is a very specific task with certain rules and noodle struggled with this.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

Take advantage of the trials and excellent customer service. I can't say enough about how responsive and helpful Noodle's employees are.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are moving from a fully customized intranet that was developed for us 15-20 years ago. We are now changing platforms for dynamic cost saving option (noodle). Our current intranet is not editable by our users so any change is billed. We are not able to make all edits and changes ourselves making for more interactive user friendly intranet.

Noodle is a user friendly piece of software that makes collaboration and file sharing easy without costing an arm and a leg. There are so many useful features that are easy to understand and integrate into a companies intranet.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

I wish there was a way to set up a page template that would be easy to pass from page to page. I would also like to see more compatibility among various browsers.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

It is well worth the money. I would highly recommend purchasing the monthly support package as there are a lot of useful updates that get released regularly.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Noodle as a replacement for our current intranet, and one thing that is going to benefit us is the social media integration that comes built into Noodle.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric T. | I.T. Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

The thing we found we liked best about the noodle platform intranet, was the user driven interaction side with our employees. We found by encouraging them to contribute content and administer pages and sections via the easy to use interface, it actually increased participation and kept content from becoming stale.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

There were a few bumps out the gate with user accounts and a few version patches broke some sections for us, but noodle support were great to work with and responded quickly to help us resolve those isolated issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

Do your homework and make a fair apples to apples comparison between competitors. Make sure you look at the features and focus on what your needs are and not necessarily are bells and whistles.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems we solved were bringing information to all our users spread out in different offices, quicker. And by disseminating the information via a single platform accessible by all employees boosted overall morale s well.

  ### 28. Noodle is quick and simple, yet a powerful tool for communication.

  ### 30. User-Friendly Interface with Tons of Capability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

I appreciate how easy it was to set the whole site up. I've heard from other companies that it took months to setup using different providers. Granted that could have been a content issue, but I went in not really knowing what content I wanted to put on there and Noodle sort of held my hand and pointed me in good directions with it.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

I wish some of the settings would be a bit more customizable and that there was an icon to download the document in a folder, rather than an icon to view the document - and if you click the document name, that downloads it. My instinct is to click the document name to view and all of a sudden I'm downloading it.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're offering more visibility to our employees as they can easily catch up with company news (with emails stuff like that can get pushed aside/lost). They also have a one-stop resource for all our policies & procedures, plus HR documents and links.

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Insight into what content individuals have or have not seen

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

Glitchy at times - for example the screenshot attached to this review. Icons and profile images can vary in size, the login screen & logo is difficult to customise

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team communication & collaboration

  ### 34. Great intranet platform with a price that makes it hard to beat.

**Reviewed by:** Greg Q. | Principal | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

Setup and minor customization is a breeze. Very reliable and have never experienced an outage.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

More out of the box (and better) templates for a more up to date look and feel. Realize that this is always hard to keep a product "fashionable" but definitely feel graphics/ux always contribute to improved employee usage.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a central repository for documents for teams spread apart geographically. Our old in-house sharepoint intranet was not an option to use.

  ### 35. Great Experience for Our Team

  ### 45. Great for communicating information

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison C. | Sales And Marketing Specialist, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2018

**What do you like best about Noodle?**

I think my favorite feature is the cloud based system which you can connect to your organization's network. It is also easy to build customizable pages using the drag and drop feature. I think that although this is easier for IT oriented people to use, the customer support is always there to help out those who do not have experience with this, which is also a great thing. It is also easy to maintain your intranet through this.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

The one thing that I dislike about this is that there is no MS Office integration for managing the excel statistics or create more documents. The management tools are also not very flexible, although are pretty efficient.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

I would recommend using Noodle and its services to manage the UI, because of its easy-to-use, cost-effective platform for intranet.

**What problems is Noodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales team has used this to manage the client base network and get the logistics of our education material sales. We also use it to build to manage the portals which connect us to the university's main servers. It is a great tool to manage permissions and memo manager features.

**Recommendations to others considering Noodle:**

Great value. A good starter Intranet system for small to medium size companies.

**What do you dislike about Noodle?**

I don't really care for the #Tags element. Search features are good enough and this is more or less a rip off from Instagram in my mind. It's fine, maybe the younger generation appreciates it more.
