## BugHerd Reviews
 ### 1. Intuitive and Easy to Adopt—Bugherd Captures Feedback Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa D. | Executive Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Very intuitive and simple to use. All participants I added to my account were able to get up and running immediately. As I have a dozen or so people involved in decision-making, I appreciate that I do not have to go back to my website reviewers to clarify their technical specs; Bugherd captures it for them. The pricing made it an easy decision to incorporate.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The symbols scatter throughout the site alerting me where reviews have been added, but sometimes I don't want them to appear. Perhaps there is a way to turn this off and I don't know how, but I hope a feature is added so I can decide when they should appear and when not.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I oversee a committee of a dozen or so, plus two different vendors working on one website, so this made it easy for all of us to collaborate but gave me the final decision on implementation.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Lisa - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comments to our Product team.

Thanks again!

 ### 2. Fast, User-Friendly Website Collaboration with Real-Time Feedback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina C. | Veterinary Assistant, Veterinary, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

As a client working with a Property Management account administrator, I’ve found this to be a very helpful tool for collaborating on and refining new websites before launch. It’s relatively user-friendly, and I really appreciate being able to leave feedback exactly where it’s needed on the page/site. The option to add text suggestions or replacements—which I’m assuming are easy adjustments on the back end—is also very helpful. The site is fast, feedback updates in real time, and I appreciate how easy it is to communicate, with chats back and forth on specific tasks.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

In my limited experience, I have no complaints.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd has helped us achieve a quicker turnaround time when publishing new websites. We recently went through a transition with our property management software, and they began phasing out the marketing tools we were using.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Christina - thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback, and we're glad that BugHerd is working well for you. If there's ever anything that you think we can improve on, please let us know: support@bugherd.com

 ### 3. Streamlined Feedback, User-Friendly and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel M. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I like the fact that BugHerd is user friendly and the technology behind it. I think the instructions are very clear and easy to follow, even for clients, which makes setting it up a breeze. It's very easy and convenient to use as it cuts down on receiving endless emails and helps me understand exactly what needs to be done or if I need to give feedback to a developer.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

For now, I'm quite happy. Perhaps the one thing that I could like to see is when you click on an external link, you lose your extension to it. Which sometimes may be a link that has things that needs to be sorted out or where you need to give comments. Now you don't have that. You have to add that link separately into the project. That will be great if it can improve.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BugHerd to cut down endless emails, making it easy to click and know what needs to be done or give feedback to developers.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Gabriel
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comments to our Product team.

 ### 4. Streamlined Bug Reporting, Needs Archive Accessibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dao R C. | Coordonnateur principal – Formation à distance et innovation, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Sure. I love BugHerd because before I used this tool, I had to do manual screenshots and use a document to share those with people, which was not useful at all. With BugHerd, I don't need to do that anymore. I just log in, open the platform, find the bugs, report them, move them, and everyone knows where and what to do.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It's super hard to find the archive. So when you finish a task and move it, and then it's finished when you flag it to be archived, I have to find myself around the website to find the archive because it was not easy to find. It was not in the list on the left side. Maybe adding the archive to the menu on the left side will help a lot.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BugHerd to log in, find bugs, and report them directly in the platform, which saves me from having to take manual screenshots and share documents separately. Now everyone knows what to do without confusion.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Dao - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comment about adding the Archive to the left-hand side menu to our Product team.

 ### 5. Precise Website Feedback That Streamlined Our Workflow and Boosted Profitability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The ability to target specific features/functions on the website—like a hero module, copy block, etc.—is huge. Bugherd also fixed the issue we had with feedback coming in via Google Sheets; it was hard to know what clients were talking about or where they were referring to. The backend tools for assigning tasks to design, dev, copy, etc. have really improved our process, sped up our build time, and helped us become more profitable on projects. It’s also simple for clients to use, and we’ve gotten really positive feedback from them.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The notification system could use some improvement, but overall Bugherd is very responsive to us as a client when it comes to feature improvements.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugherd has really improved our client review process. It’s a night-and-day difference compared with how we handled it before. As a result, our projects run more smoothly, and in the end they’re more profitable.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi and thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comment about the notification system, to our Product team.

Thanks again!

 ### 6. Helps our team organize feedback across multiple stakeholders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

What I like best about BugHerd is how it centralizes feedback from multiple teams—IT, front-end dev, UX, web strategy, and content authors—making it easy to track, assign, and resolve tasks. The kanban board is especially helpful for staying organized and seeing who is handling what at a glance.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

BugHerd works really well for organizing feedback, but it can sometimes feel a bit cluttered when a project has a lot of tasks. Adding a few more filtering or sorting options would make it much easier to manage larger projects and keep everything organized.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd is solving the challenge of coordinating feedback across multiple teams during our web redesign. It allows IT, front-end developers, UX, web strategy, and content authors to submit, track, and resolve issues in one central place. This reduces miscommunication, speeds up issue resolution, and keeps our project organized and on schedule.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi and thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comment about adding more filtering or sorting options to our Product team.

Thanks again!

 ### 7. BugHerd Makes Website Feedback and Product Catalogue Collaboration Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric H. | Digital Marketing Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I am not aware of any other application on the market as good as BugHerd. It's flexible in the sense that I don't only use it for website feedback but for product catalogues too. Collaborating on product catalogues has been much easier to manage with BugHerd.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I need to contact support to change user's permission levels and screenshots don't save into the feedback if cookies are rejected.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a paper trail for product catalogue changes and we are able to create accountabiity for those employees whom we wait information from.

Colleugues can quickly report changes on the website.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Eric
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

When you're ready, definitely contact our Support team at support@bugherd.com for help with changing the user's permission levels.

 ### 8. Bugherd Is a Game-Changer for Streamlining Client Web Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer W. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I love how bugherd has cut down on the seemingly never ending emails with clients. Implementing Bugherd has been a GAME CHANGER! It simplifies the web dev and design approval process!

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Unfortunatley, when pins are placed on buttons, and a page has multiple similarly styled / titled buttons. Bugherd will jump around or the pin will tag the wrong area. The screenshot capture helps fix this, but can be troublesome.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugherd solves / alleviates the mountain of back and fourth emails with clients. Allowing them to go in and leave pins and feedback has streamlined our processes.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Spencer
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comments about the jumping pins to our Product team.

 ### 9. Complete Tool for Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier I. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I like that BugHerd is a very comprehensive tool, especially for project management. It helps me a lot to visualize the entire project. I also appreciate how it allows coordinating all teams in a complex web development, creating tasks in real-time, leaving tags for modifications, and providing complete visibility of the project's progress. Having tasks prioritized with a backlog, to do, doing, and done, in addition to the tag flows, makes it easy for me to organize quickly and efficiently with searches.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Well, one could improve by imputing hours or one could estimate.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BugHerd to coordinate teams in complex web developments, creating tasks in real-time and leaving tags for modifications. It helps me organize and prioritize feedback and errors, visualizing everything with project management tools.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Javier

 ### 10. BugHerd Simplifies Client Feedback with Centralized, Intuitive Website Comments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd makes the feedback process between clients and developers much simpler. Being able to leave comments directly on the website was a real game changer for our team. It’s also great having one centralized, intuitive tool where we can capture, organize, and track feedback in one place.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It would be nice if clients got a few suggestions or prompts when leaving feedback. I also think a minimum character requirement could be helpful, so the feedback is a bit more detailed.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to get feedback in spreadsheets, marked-up screenshots, printouts, and just about any other format you could imagine. It’s nice that everything is now centralized and easy to use. It’s saved us a lot of time because we no longer have to track multiple feedback sources.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi and thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comments to our Product team.

 ### 11. Seamless Team QA with BugHerd—A Game-Changer for Website Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The team experience using BugHerd for a website project was incredibly seamless. Before using BugHerd, we often felt inundated with QA and spreadsheets and overlapping feedback, but the group/collective experience using one tool like this made all the difference in the world for our QA process.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

While BugHerd is geared towards desktop QA, mobile QA still must be done. If there was a mobile equivalent, I would never use anything else.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A previously outdated, spreadsheet-centric method for QAing website builds. It helps the team not duplicate feedback when multiple reviewers are looking at websites, it keeps the feedback within the BugHerd platform from bogging down our project management system, it easily captures screenshots for our developer. I can't imagine how we ever didn't use this.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi and thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comments about having a BugHerd mobile equivalent to our Product team.

**Reviewed by:** Kristy N. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

I love how easy and efficient BugHerd is to use. I literally task my items I need completed, I then receive an email it's been done and that's it. I couldnt ask for a better system.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

There is nothing that I dislike about this system. Its very efficent and I have not had an issues

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it allows me to not have to worry about anything other than the changes I need to make to our website. I submit them and it gets done.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Kristy
Thanks for taking the time to write us a review - we really appreciate it! It's great to hear about how easy and efficient you find BugHerd. That's what we strive for and our web dev team works hard to continue making it even easier.

 ### 13. Bugherd Makes Website QA Faster with Visual Markers, Kanban, and Easy Client Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin H. | Owner and UX designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It's so much easier to QA a website with visual markers and kanban functionality as opposed to a spreadsheet. I love that it automatically grabs a screenshot, records the URL, device info, and allows for comments and conversations about the item in question. It really saves time and makes the process easy. Getting it set up on a site is quick with the Wordpress plugin and inviting clients to provide feedback in Bugherd makes for a professional customer experience.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It would be nice to add my branding in on the lower level plans.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines QA between design, development, and customer review.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Kristin - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

 ### 14. Intuitive Feedback Tool with Developer Insights

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishi P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I find BugHerd makes collecting feedback for my web design projects from stakeholders simple by consolidating all the information in one place. I don't have to go back and forth, asking where I need to apply feedback, especially since multiple people can provide feedback at once. It's easy for me to track everything on the Kanban. As a developer, I really appreciate all the technical info it gives me to debug effectively, such as screenshots, recordings, and details about what browser they are using and the screen width. It's also very intuitive for clients, making the feedback tool easy for them to use. The initial setup was so easy, making it a breeze to get started.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I think the pricing is quite a lot for more seats, luckily I'm a freelancer so I only need one.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BugHerd to centralize feedback, eliminating back-and-forth emails. It handles multiple inputs easily and tracks them on a Kanban board. As a developer, it provides technical info for debugging and is intuitive for clients' feedback.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Rishi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

 ### 15. Effortless Client Feedback Management, Needs More Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I like that BugHerd allows all feedback to be in one place, which saves a lot of time compared to searching through various email threads. It is also great that the entire team can see the client's requests, making everyone aware of the changes and able to flag when necessary. I find it helpful that BugHerd gathers accurate feedback, eliminating the back-and-forth needed to confirm the details over email. Another thing I appreciate is that our clients don't have to install anything on their browser to interact with BugHerd, which makes it seamless for clients with varying technical skills. The initial setup was fairly easy, and having our developer test the script on our site allowed us to ensure everything was set up accordingly. This ease of use and client convenience are big positives for me.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I would like some more native integration options. We use ClickUp and Google Workspace extensively and to have those natively integrated would be great.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd centralizes client feedback, saving time searching through emails, enables the whole team to see client requests, and ensures clarity by pinpointing feedback locations, avoiding email back-and-forth.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi and thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comment about having more native integration options, to our Product team.

 ### 16. Efficient Bug Tracking Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barb M. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I find BugHerd very easy to use. I like the new feature that lets me merge common tasks when there are global issues across the website. This makes handling issues much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

At the moment, I cannot think of anything I dislike about the product. We are very happy with BugHerd.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BugHerd to test and track development project issues, and I like how the application allows us to pinpoint issues in context.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

 ### 17. Super Easy to Use for Our Team and Clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alana W. | QA & Optimization Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It’s super easy to use for both our team and our clients.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Some features are a little tricky to capture (e.g. dropdown in an open state) where you have to use video instead of screenshot (even if you need a static image, e.g. for a bug within a hover state).

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps capture a wide range of bugs on a website and supports triaging them, along with workflow management.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Alana - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comment about capturing some features such as the dropdown in an open state, to our Product team.

 ### 18. Streamlined Client Feedback and Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I use BugHerd for collecting client feedback during website development. Instead of long email chains or vague feedback, clients can click directly on their website and leave clear comments exactly where the change is needed. Each comment captures important details like the URL, browser, and screen size, saving us a lot of back and forth. I love how it keeps everything organized in one place, integrates smoothly into our workflow, and makes managing revisions faster and less stressful. It's also incredibly easy for clients to use, even for non-technical users. BugHerd has improved communication, reduced misunderstandings, and sped up our project delivery. All necessary information is clear from the start, enabling our team to act immediately, facilitating smoother, quicker project launches and happier clients. The initial setup of BugHerd was very easy, quick, and straightforward, and I would rate it a 10 on the recommendation scale—I’ve already recommended BugHerd to others.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

BugHerd is an excellent overall tool; there are a couple of points that could improve it. One limitation is that some clients need a small amount of guidance the first time they use it. A short, customizable onboarding walkthrough for end clients could make first-time use even smoother. Another idea of improvement could be advanced task filtering and reporting. When I have several projects on the go, it would be great to generate a report I could use with the team and send to a client. Bulk actions and deeper filtering would be beneficial.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BugHerd to simplify client feedback, reducing long email chains. It captures details like URL and screen size, enhancing clarity and immediacy. It organizes tasks, smooths workflow integration, and speeds up project delivery. Clients find it user-friendly, reducing miscommunication and making launches quicker.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Nikki! A belated thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments onto our Product team.

NOTE - I sent your feedback to the Product team and have received a response from them regarding your comments:

Also we’re currently in the design phase to implement better search & filtering. So watch this space.

 ### 19. A Handy Tool for Collecting Client Feedback on Website Builds

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randev S. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

A very handy tool for collecting feedback from clients on website builds.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

There’s no way for clients to view the task board.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have fewer emails and Word/PDF feedback documents to go through now, which makes it much easier to keep track of feedback and stay organised.

 ### 20. Streamlines Web Development Feedback with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew C. | Founder & WordPress Infrastructure Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I really like that BugHerd makes it easy to select where on the page issues are and allows for chatting back and forth about those issues, which is super handy. Having a log of all that information is also great. I also appreciate being able to assign people to specific requests, which helps in managing tasks. The Kanban style board for tracking requests is another feature that makes keeping track of issues more manageable and ensures that things are getting taken care of.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Every once in a while, I have issues with the sidebar that pops up getting in the way while reviewing designs, mostly for mobile review.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BugHerd for website development, enabling clients to specify needed changes directly on the site. It streamlines issue tracking and communication with features like pinpointing problems, chatting with team members, and using a Kanban board to manage requests efficiently.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Matthew! A belated thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments about the sidebar issues to our Product team.

 ### 21. Effortless Visual Feedback Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdullah U. | Operations Manager, E-Learning, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The best thing about Bugherd is the Image capture review with all annotations. This helps my team to easily navigate to that particular page, saving plenty time. 2nd is integration with different tools which helps us to manage the notifications and data collection for reporting.

I do appreciate the customer support that i have received over the years which is fantastic and quick. I even had opportunity to connect with the CEO as well.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I think improvements can be made to Bug herd aesthetics to make it user attractive. I personally would like to have the summary dashboard for all projects and can track or monitor status of each of them.

As of now structure is applicable for kanban view, can we explore to have a different view. Like timeline view or road map view etc.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugherd is the best for tracking errors for content review or questions. We can track multiple projects in one go! We also use for multiple other projects apart for content review.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments to our Product team.

 ### 22. Absolutely Necessary

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon M. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The streamlined communication between my team members, designers and clients has proven to be extremely useful. The digest report emails that automatically get sent out help a lot with keeping track of multiple projects at a glance without having to sift through hundreds of emails. I always have BugHer open in at least a few tabs (for different projects). I cant really imagine not using it

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I honestly struggle to find issues with bugherd at this point. Over the years I've made a lot of feature requests and pointed out bugs (ironic I know). The BugHerd team has always been responsive and has actually implemented a lot of the features I have asked for.

**Recommendations to others considering BugHerd:**

The most powerful part of bugherd is the tagging system. Learn to use it efficiently.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client communication and project management have been the biggest use case. During project meetings, we now use bugherd to review what has been done/needs to be done. Really it's just simplified all of our projects from start to finish. I have it open all day and work in it nonstop.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hey Brandon,

Thanks for taking the time to review BugHerd and share your thoughts with everyone. We really appreciate it and are so happy it's simplifying your work and client communications.

Thanks for your suggestion about multiple types of user roles - have shared that with the team.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 23. Direct On-Page Tagging Is a Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The ability to tag directly on the page. Before we were taking screenshots and explaining the issue in text to explain where and what the issue was. Being able to directly tag on the page is a game changer.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

There is nothing we dislike at present to be honest

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time. BugHerd is giving us time back. We were wasting so much time on the back and forth. And reduced miscommunications. Instead of being able to communicate directly over the project.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi and thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback, and we're glad that BugHerd is working so well for your team.

 ### 24. Effortless Feedback, But Project Switching Could Be Smoother

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley H. | Marketing & Asset Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I appreciate how simple it is to provide feedback to the development team for our project. This feature has made communication much smoother for both myself and my team. Not having to rely on back-and-forth emails has saved us an incredible amount of time.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I find that switching between projects can be a bit cumbersome, as each one is treated as a separate website design project. It would be more convenient if everything were accessible in a single location. Perhaps this is due to the way the project manager has set things up, or maybe it's a misunderstanding on my part, but having everything together would definitely be helpful.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing feedback quickly and efficiently is a key benefit. I also appreciate the record it creates, which helps ensure everyone involved in the project remains accountable.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments about switching between projects to our Product team.

 ### 25. Moved us away from google sheets to one system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The UX of it is. very thought through. Easy to get the team up and running with it and its professional vs the google sheets we where using

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

A few nitpicky things. Notifications could be slicker but we feel we may only have scratched the surface of what we can do with it

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating feedback. Looks more professional. Moved us away from a google sheet for every project to one system

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi and thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comments about the notifications to our Product team.

 ### 26. Cool Widgets, but Restrictive Pricing

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I think the widget was pretty cool. I like that I could just copy the scripts and drag it into any site that I was developing. The initial setup was quite straightforward.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I frequently couldn't get the widget to load on-site in the way that I wanted to. It was unclear if my clients had been logged into BugHerd in order to get it to work, and that's not what I was looking for. It wasn't as seamless as I wanted it to be.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I couldn't get BugHerd to solve the problems I wanted due to restrictive payment tiers.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi James - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.
I have passed on your feedback about the issues with the widget to our Product Dev team, but I also encourage you to contact the BugHerd Support team to get any issues resolved: support@bugherd.com. They will be more than happy to help out.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

That it doesn't work properly with Chrome.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Specific feedback on the development side, assignation of tasks and follow up.

 ### 28. Simplifies Feedback Collection, but Mobile UX Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I like how BugHerd collates feedback in one place with details on device, screen size, and browser, along with screenshots. This cuts down the back and forth via email or other communication channels. Additionally, the initial setup of BugHerd was quite easy.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The mobile website is clunky and hard to use. It's buggy and not a good user experience.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BugHerd to collate feedback with details on device, screen size, browser, and screenshots, reducing back and forth via email.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

 ### 29. Makes Client Reviews on Live Sites Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It makes it easy for my clients to leave reviews on live sites, which I am increasingly delivering instead of figma files.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The UI has a learning curve. It's not easy to mark annotations as completed, just as an example. But at the price point, it's very feature rich and that's why I'm here.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping speed up web development feedback cycles dramatically.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi and thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

I have passed on your comment about the UI learning curve and marking annotations as completed, to our Product team.

 ### 30. Super efficient and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It's so easy to use! I like that you can add feedback that relates to a specific block on a page, rather than having to describe the issue and add a screenshot of the page etc.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I'd love to be able to reply to comments, and upload screenshots within comments.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes client feedback really easy, and cuts out the middle man.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

 ### 31. Effortless Website Debugging with Screenshot Clarity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Basem . | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I love how easy BugHerd is to use. I also like that it automatically takes screenshots, which makes it clear where the issue is. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It's load in time takes a while

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BugHerd to adjust website issues, and it's easy to use. The automatic screenshot feature makes it clear where the issue is.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Basem - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback.

 ### 32. Essential for web development feedback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy O. | Principal, Sr. Digital Experience Developer, Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd contextualizes issues and immediately puts them into our workflow. Key to that is the ability for users to tag any portion of a site and quickly say what is wrong. They don't need to give us more information about their device, browser, URL, etc. And we can immediately respond to them to get clarification, as-needed.

UPDATE: Since my original review, BH has added bulk tools which is a huge time saver!

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

From time-to-time, clients have issues with the plugin not loading. It's not always clear whether that is an issue with the system or the user - I suspect the latter. Fortunately, there are workarounds!

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugherd makes gathering actionable feedback more efficient for clients and us, alike, making everyone more productive.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks Timothy for your very kind review of BugHerd. Always love hearing that it makes teams more productive.

Will pass your feedback about desiring more bulk actions in the Task Board on to the team. We do hear this a little, so will add your voice to help prioritise this.

Really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

Cheers,

 ### 33. Effortless QA with BugHerd

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farman K. | Senior Website Specialist, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I find BugHerd to be an incredibly user-friendly tool, which made our recent website QA process both effective and enjoyable. After migrating our WordPress website faircg.com to HubSpot, BugHerd helped us resolve numerous issues such as broken URLs, design flaws, and form submission problems. Its super easy UI stands out, making it simple for our QA team to submit bugs effortlessly. The ease of initial setup was noteworthy, as it was very straightforward for the team to get started. This has all contributed to our positive experience, and I'm highly likely to recommend BugHerd, rating it a 10 for its efficiency and effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I think its an awesome tool. keep it up guys

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find BugHerd user-friendly for QA, resolving website migration issues like broken URLs and design flaws. It's easy for our QA team to submit bugs, making the process efficient and seamless.

 ### 34. Effortless Setup and Beneficial Feedback System

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hubert M.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I have been using BugHerd for a month primarily to receive client feedback on website development and to identify any bugs. I appreciate how straightforward it was to start using BugHerd with almost no setup required, offering a seamless experience. Having a platform dedicated to feedback is invaluable, and I find the feature that attaches comments directly to screenshots particularly helpful, as it greatly enhances communication clarity. This screenshot feature is almost the best part of using BugHerd for me. Besides screenshots, I also enjoy the comments and the task board view, which further contributes to a productive feedback process.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I find the layout of BugHerd to be a bit cluttered and not very modern. It appears very intense, and I believe a more minimalistic and sleek design would improve the user experience significantly.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BugHerd to gather client feedback on website bugs effectively. The screenshot feature is particularly beneficial as it visually aligns comments with issues, streamlining the feedback process.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments about the layout to our Product team.

 ### 35. Essential for managing website builds, and super easy to use - we love it 🎉

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick H. | Head of Digital, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

We're a creative agency who create a fair few websites for clients, and Bugherd is invaluable to us in the build and testing stages and for client-reviews for tracking and triaging amends and bugs, and we use it on all of our websites.
Having screenshots and being able to see pins on the actual pages to refer to the location of the issue is incredibly useful as a development team, and our project team can easily prioritize issues, assign them to the relevant developer/designer/copywriter, and report progress on issues back to our clients. For some websites we also leave on the public feedback so we can get suggestions for improvement from the public too.
Our clients find it really easy to use, and love that they can quickly and easily pinpoint issues for us to review.
It's super-easy to install on a website too, just a simple javascript include.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I seriously can't think of anything i dislike about it - it's great!

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes collecting, triaging, allocating and fixing amends and issues a breeze when building a website - we can easily collect issues (and the screenshots and pins on the page make it easy for our developers to pinpoint the exact issue), and makes it simple to report back to clients on the state of amends.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Rick! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and are so pleased that you can't find anything that you dislike about that platform! :)

 ### 36. Accurately Captures Client Feedback and Shares It Instantly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicola S. | Shopify Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Accurately capture client feedback & instantly share with our developers

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Clients find it hard to integrate first time for Shopify stores

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates a single, central place to track all website QA bugs, both internally and with clients, and includes the technical information needed to support fixes.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Nicola

 ### 37. Not perfect but BugHerd makes collecting website feedback incredibly easy and organized.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd makes collecting website feedback incredibly easy and organized. The visual pin system is intuitive — you can tag issues directly on the page without needing long explanations or screenshots in emails. It captures all the technical details automatically (browser, OS, URL), which saves a ton of time for both QA and developers. It was easy to install and get started. The task board keeps everything transparent and easy to track from report to resolution. Overall, it’s a simple, effective tool that makes web reviews and collaboration much smoother.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

BugHerd doesn’t have a built-in “Export to PDF” button. I wish it did to make it easier to send feedback out to other teams to execute on the changes.
Wished that within the guests .. there was an option to select someone to be a reviewer only and to select someone that is more of a stakeholder that has to provide an approval or a decision.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing feedback on staging sites that is easy to follow.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments about the Export to PDF and guest/stakeholder reviewer options to our product team.

 ### 38. Makes Client Reviews So Easy—A Huge Upgrade from Spreadsheets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

This makes the client review process SO EASY, and is much better than our old spreadsheet system.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I am excited at the opportunity for bugherd to add more features for clients and task analyzation

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smooth client communication during reviews

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

 ### 39. Easy, simple and so useful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Simple to add a task for the company and client. The screenshot item is way too helpful, and we love the video one too in some cases. Adding a type of task is fun, and easy to add a new one.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The big thing we would love is
- We would love to choose in which column a client task goes (not always in feedback)
- Choose which column has the "done" status (more than one and not just de last one)

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most significant challenge was accepting the client's feedback gracefully. The constant barrage of emails and calls was overwhelming and unclear. However, the process has since become more manageable, as the client can now easily add tasks during QA, and the screenshot system has proven to be an invaluable asset that I never want to lose.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share how BugHerd helps make capturing client feedback easy and, dare we say it, fun!

Thank you for your feedback around the task board and being able to customise the columns a little more. Have shared that with the team.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 40. Efficient Task Management with ClickUp Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I like how easy it is to create tasks in BugHerd that link with ClickUp. It makes task management simpler for me, as I don't want to use two separate systems. The integration keeps everything in one place, which is really convenient. Plus, the initial setup of BugHerd was easy.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Honestly, if it was simpler and was just a plugin on ClickUp that'd be better for me. I don't need half of the features.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd makes the revision cycle consistent, so revisions don't get lost from multiple places. It's easy to create tasks that link with ClickUp, which lets me use one system for task management.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Ryan!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments to our Product team.

 ### 41. Effortless Feedback with Room for Uptime and Feature Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

What I appreciate most is how simple it is for both clients and internal teams to specify exactly what changes they want on a site, and the added convenience of being able to include attachments. Its also so easy for clients to install and use!

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I don't like that the product occasionally goes down, as it really impacts my work. I also wish there were improvements, such as support for larger attachments and an option to screen record, which would help me show any glitches I encounter.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rather than having to interpret client feedback, I can now clearly identify which areas they want adjusted thanks to the straightforward bug placement feature. This also makes it much easier to communicate with clients about specific bugs, saving time that would otherwise be spent on lengthy email exchanges.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments to our Product team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thiago A. | Engenheiro de software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I really like how the feedback tool works. It makes the client feel comfortable and familiar, which helps us communicate their feedback quickly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Limited task description customization, but they have been improving and listening to feedback.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd simplifies the feedback process by allowing clients to visually report issues directly on the page. This removes back-and-forth communication, keeps feedback clear and actionable, and helps us resolve tasks faster. It also improves collaboration between the client and the development team, making the whole review process much smoother.

 ### 45. User-Friendly Interface.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd is a game-changer for us. Once tried, you won't want to work without it. What really sets it apart is its sheer simplicity and effectiveness at cutting through the typical chaos of website feedback. You can finally ditch the endless, confusing email chains and trying to decipher annotated screenshots; now, clients, stakeholders, and internal teams can just point, click, and comment directly on the live webpage. This in-context feedback eliminates all guesswork, as the comment is pinned exactly where the issue lies.

Furthermore, the automatic capture of critical technical metadata—like the browser, operating system, and screen resolution—is a massive time-saver for developers, turning vague client complaints into crystal-clear, actionable bug reports instantly.

Beyond its intuitive visual interface, BugHerd excels at task management and collaboration. Every piece of feedback automatically transforms into a trackable task on a clean, integrated Kanban board. This centralised system makes it incredibly easy for project managers to assign, prioritise, and monitor the progress of fixes from start to finish. This transparency, combined with seamless integrations with popular tools like Jira, Trello, and Slack, ensures that BugHerd fits effortlessly into existing workflows, drastically reducing project delays and improving overall team efficiency. It truly bridges the communication gap between non-technical clients and development teams, delivering higher-quality products faster and making the entire website review process surprisingly painless.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Nothing. Perhaps a little more automation. Bugherd AI integration is going to be a fun watch

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding exact location and problem for customers

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments about more automation to our Product team.

 ### 46. Bugherd in Action: Streamlining Quality, Empowering Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liezl W. | Instructional Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd is a game-changer for collaborative course development at GIBS. It cuts down time, eliminates endless screenshots and email threads, and gets everyone — from faculty (SMEs) to our learning design and LTI teams — working together in real time to improve course quality faster.

It has completely transformed how we manage quality assurance during course builds. It’s intuitive, saves hours of admin, and enables efficient, transparent collaboration across live courses. The integration with Blackboard Ultra is seamless — a huge plus for our workflow. And best of all, the customer support is phenomenal: always responsive, proactive, and ready to go the extra mile to help us find workable solutions.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Some users face a slightly steeper learning curve when first getting set up, especially where a specific browser and extension setup is required. This can delay onboarding for less tech-savvy contributors.

We’ve also found that Bugherd doesn’t handle SCORM-based content very well, particularly Articulate Rise, which we use frequently for interactive learning modules. Comments and pins don’t always stick to embedded SCORM components, which makes reviewing these elements less efficient than native web pages.

Additionally, while integration with Blackboard Ultra is now smooth, we initially had to troubleshoot workarounds for embedding in Blackboard Learn. Lastly, as a super admin, I’d really value enhanced reporting tools to track who’s created projects, added comments, and resolved bugs — essential insights for weekly reviews and strategic planning.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd helps us solve the challenge of coordinating quality assurance feedback across multiple stakeholders involved in online course development.

Previously, we relied on screenshots, emails, and manual notes to communicate bugs and edits — a process that was time-consuming, fragmented, and error-prone. BugHerd replaces this with a centralised, visual, and real-time system that allows faculty, learning designers, and other collaborators to pin issues directly onto live course pages.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Liezl
Thanks for taking the time to write us a review and for your detailed feedback. We really appreciate it as it helps our team know if we're on the right track!

I have passed your comments on to our Development team to work on, but glad to hear that BugHerd has been a game-changer for you and your team. That's what we strive for!

Thanks again.
Regards

 ### 47. Great for Team Organization and Client Feedback, But Pricey and Occasionally Buggy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony C. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It allows us to easily stay organised as a team and also allows clients to give us feedback/request changes in a way that gives us most of the information we need to tackle the task.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It's quite pricey and sometimes a little buggy.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us organise tasks internally and helping us obtain feedback from clients for project sign-off and retainer work.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments about the platform sometimes being buggy to our Product team.

 ### 48. All-in-One Bug Reporting Tool for Everyone

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rido N. | Ecommerce Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It is an all-in-one bug reporting tool designed for developers, clients, and website users. And unlike other feedback tool, it actualy load faster on the website frontend.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It doesn't offer a way to capture a screenshot of the specific component highlighted when creating notes. Additionally, it would be helpful if it included the console log as well.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It speed up the QA phase during platform development project.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Rido - thank you for your review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comment about the screenshot and console log to our product team.
Regards
Marina D.

 ### 49. Generate Error Messages in One Place with BugHerd

 ### 50. An essential tool for bridging the gap between design and development.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

As a designer, BugHerd has been incredibly helpful in ensuring design accuracy during development. After I complete the screen designs, I often notice inconsistencies when reviewing the developed website. BugHerd allows me to log these issues directly on the live site easily. It's a visual, intuitive tool that makes bug tracking simple, especially for non-technical team members. Without it, communicating bugs to the development team would be much more difficult and time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

While BugHerd is extremely useful, sometimes the interface can feel slightly laggy when dealing with a high volume of tasks or comments. Additionally, integrating it into complex workflows can require a bit of setup time. However, these are minor drawbacks compared to the value it provides.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd is solving the critical issue of communication between design and development. As a UI/UX designer, I often encounter layout and UI inconsistencies once designs are implemented. BugHerd allows me to pinpoint issues visually, directly on the site, without needing to write long descriptions or take multiple screenshots. It streamlines our QA process, reduces misunderstandings, and ensures faster bug resolution, ultimately improving the final quality of our digital products.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Thanks for taking the time to write us a review and for your detailed feedback. We really appreciate it as it helps us know if we're on the right track!

I have passed your comment on about the lagging and workflow setup to our Development team to work on, but glad to hear that BugHerd streamlines your QA process and the final quality of your digital products. We strive to make the whole web design and dev process easier for everyone involved.

Thanks again!
Regards
Marina.
