The cost attracted us but it turn out to be a promiss that they just could not deliver on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about brax.io? - Their ads did not convert into sales on the clothing side. - Staff did not quiet learn the company. Ads were run in a generic way. - Even after working with them for 10 months, they could not provide us with compelling data of who our customers were or a persona. Essentially, after 10 months with them, we did not learn much about our customer. - Ads were very generic, canned. There was no effort in understanding the company, and the product. - Mistakes were made that cost us money such as ads not being set up properly or with errors that were only caught by our own team. Brax was creative in their ad design, regarding graphics and ad copy. Brax used several types of ads on various platforms, which is effective. However, one comment is that you always used "purchases" as a goal.
