Ads were run in a generic way. - Even after working with them for 10 months, they could not provide us with compelling data of who our customers were or a persona. Essentially, after 10 months with them, we did not learn much about our customer. - Ads were very generic, canned. Unless you like paying good money for false promises and receiving absolutely no value for your money then it is not worth a dime. **What do you dislike about brax.io?** I was promised an advertorial page that was professionally built and received a poorly built page that was laughable at best. I had to build the page myself after two weeks of failed attempts to correct issues that should never have been there in the first place. I was also promised a "dedicated" media buyer as per our agreement and never did get one. Working with Brax means paying good money for false promises and finding out that the only one expected to abide by the agreement is you. They will take your money then deliver poor quality work and results then pass it off as "professional quality". Unless you are spending lots of money, they will not take you seriously and even if you are spending big money, chances are they'll BS you as they did me for almost 2 months before I eventually cut my losses and parted ways which they had no problems with because by that point they already took all my money. 100% SCAM. This is hands down the only authentic review here. You have been warned. **Recommendations to others considering brax.io:** There are many avenues you can take that will yield far better results. I'd like to be able to bulk pause and archive Ads or campaigns via the power editor. The streamlined creation of ads and pushing each group of creatives to different partners without creating them indivdually for every partner, using rules when to pause ads (e.g. 10k impressions and not a single conversion), bulk campaign creation and a really nice scheduling of campaigns (not just turn on and off but instead only reducing the CPC so we still catch the cheap traffic. **What do you dislike about brax.io?** Some features are missing and not yet implemented. E.g. the audiences from taboola, or the look alikes from outbrain. So you still need the dashboards of each partner to some extend. **Recommendations to others considering brax.io:** Definetly get an introduction to get to know all features. Prior to Brax, it would take a team of people to do all this work. **What do you dislike about brax.io?** Optimization features are great, but could be better for certain campaign goals. However, this can't be entirely attributed to Brax as must operate within the terms of the third party APIs. **Recommendations to others considering brax.io:** Give it a try. Even if you decide not to continually use the product, you'll learn a lot about your campaigns in the process. **What problems is brax.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Over the past four years, the native advertising marketplace has been continually become more competitive. Brax has made it possible to run multiple profitable campaigns while also identifying poorly performing campaigns. If this were done in a spreadsheet, the cycle would be weeks instead of days. ### 37. Nothing really. Missing features are added on a rolling basis, customer service is top. Sometimes the automated schedueling doesn't work, but I'll get an email which parts did not upload and I can do it manually. **Recommendations to others considering brax.io:** If you are using native a lot and want to scale - definitely would recommend you looking at the enterprise edition. The features save you a lot of time. **What problems is brax.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scaling native ads & managing many different campaigns. I'm able to upload hundreds more creatives than I would without using Brax. **What do you dislike about brax.io?** It doesn't integrate with Adobe Analytics, but I hear that's on the road map. **What problems is brax.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uploading up to 100 ads at once is a game-changer, and now I can't even imagine having to upload them any other way. The cropping and brightness/saturation editor is also incredibly useful and conveniently located in the uploader. Brax's ability to create schedules ahead of time for CPC/budget changes or to disable and enable campaigns is now crucial to how I optimize campaigns. ### 39.
