Branch had a strong pricing model on a per unit basis and a large feature suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Branch?

The customer service was easily the worst we have experienced. We're an app with about 1M users, and struggled to get them on the a call to sign an Enterprise contract, despite going over the free usage tier within a day. Onboarding support was not available, and the support agents were quite dismissive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
