**What do you like best about Bounteous?**

Bounteous' data lead is really good and has done a solid job of understanding the problems and suggesting solutions. The whole team is friendly and supportive.

**What do you dislike about Bounteous?**

Project management was pretty bad to start. The manager did a poor job of tracking tasks, generating reports, or answering questions. It felt like pulling teeth to get information and it did not build confidence in their ability to deliver. Additionally, the data import was incorrectly done a couple of times, which we caught in our review.

**Recommendations to others considering Bounteous:**

The solutions they provide are pretty good, but you absolutely need to manage them. I think there is a lot of variability between different project managers.

**What problems is Bounteous solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were implementing our old PIM (Akeneo) and transferring data over from our previous PIM. These tasks were a hard requirement before the system could go live and work for our customers.
