"Saves Time with Lightning-Fast Email Validation"
What do you like best about Bouncer?

I love using Bouncer because it has significantly streamlined my workflow by providing rapid email validation for large datasets. The speed at which Bouncer operates saves me considerable time, allowing me to efficiently move on to the next steps in my projects without being bogged down by manual data checking. The straightforward and user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate without having to search around for the functionalities I need. Additionally, the ease of initial setup was impressive and hassle-free. I especially appreciate how Bouncer effectively cleans up my data and offers detailed information on each validation check, furnishing me with the necessary insights to make informed decisions and progress in my work. "Really good email verification tool with excellent support"
What do you like best about Bouncer?

What I value most about Bouncer is the super helpful support. On top of that, the tool offers plenty of filtering options, giving a precise view of the "examined" mailing list. A great feature is the tool that lets you send a test campaign to various email providers like Google, Microsoft, and many others. Thanks to that, I know before sending whether my messages will land in spam or the recipients’ inbox. Using Bouncer is quiet easy. The user dashboard is friendly, and results are presented clearly. The credit top-up system is cool and fair, and the price-to-benefit ratio for a reliable and safe mailing list is really good. I haven’t used Bouncer for long, but so far I haven’t encountered any bugs or errors. Still, the most important thing is that I feel safe with Bouncer and its support in the rather unfamiliar world of email for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bouncer?

I was a bit overwhelmed by the sheer number of solutions available on their website. But to be fair, I’m a solo entrepreneur just trying to take care of my newsletter marketing. So that variety is probably a big plus for more advanced users. That said, my doubts were cleared during the face-to-face onboarding, where I was guided clearly and simply through the whole process. I’m confident I’ll handle future campaigns on my own. And if not, I know I can count on the Bouncer team for support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bouncer Keeps Us Out of SPAM Hell..."
What do you like best about Bouncer?

We do a tremendous amount of online outreach marketing, especially email...sometimes stone cold email. The trap is, of course, risking your domain's reputation. I keep it real and always use one of my two business domains. Risky, yes, but with Bouncer's help, I stay out of Email Jail. I literally sterilize all my leads through Bouncer every time I run a campaign. I even run my HubSpot Marketing Contacts through Bouncer quarterly to ensure they're still good, valid and not toxic. Anyone who emails should use Bouncer it is cheap insurance...and most importantly it keeps my bounce rates super low! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bouncer?

I really don't have downsides to Bouncer. It does what I need it to do, the interface is simple and logical, it tell's you the good and bad, and it's economical. It is a great app...what more can I say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bouncer: Clean Data, Better Campaigns"
What do you like best about Bouncer?

Bouncer excels at one critical function — email verification — delivering consistent and reliable results. Its accuracy is impressive, even when processing large, diverse email lists, effectively flagging invalid, risky, and role-based addresses to help us make informed decisions before campaign launches. The platform is user-friendly, with a streamlined process and clear, actionable reporting that avoids unnecessary complexity. Integration was straightforward, allowing us to implement real-time verification via API seamlessly into our existing workflows. While Bouncer focuses primarily on verification, the features it provides are practical and well-executed, directly contributing to improved deliverability rates and safeguarding our sender reputation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bouncer?

While Bouncer delivers strong core email verification capabilities, there are areas for improvement. The level of detail provided in some verification results—such as those labeled “unknown” or “risky”—can be insufficient, making it challenging to confidently determine next steps. From an ease-of-use perspective, the platform could better accommodate non-technical users by offering more customizable reporting and additional integration options beyond API access. Currently, integration largely requires technical knowledge, which may limit usability for some teams. These enhancements would broaden the tool’s accessibility and overall value. "Best software for email verification"
What do you like best about Bouncer?

What I like best about Bouncer is its speed, accuracy, and transparency. It consistently delivers high-quality verification results without bloating the workflow — clean UI, fast processing, and clear risk indicators. We use it for monthly credits.

What really stands out is how reliably it flags catch-all domains and greylisted addresses, which helps maintain our sender reputation and deliverability across campaigns.

The set-up is easy and customer support is responsive. It’s lightweight, efficient, and easy to integrate — exactly what you need when running high-volume outreach at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bouncer?

What I dislike about Bouncer is the limited depth of enrichment beyond basic verification.

While it's excellent for validating email deliverability, it doesn’t provide much additional context on the contact or domain, such as company metadata or role insights — which would be useful when prepping for outbound personalization.

Also, more native integrations with CRM and outreach tools would streamline workflows further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bouncer cleans up risky e-mails & eases the process"
What do you like best about Bouncer?

I use Bouncer on a monthly basis to keep my mailing list updated. and it's a very useful and efficient tool to clean up mailing lists as it quickly points out risky or dangerous e-mails, allowing to only add safe e-mails and easing the whole process. The customer support is also quite efficient.

When downloading the reviewed list you have access to the information, and I am able to quickly clean up unwanted or risky e-mails, preventing adding those to your regular mailing list, CRM or other software. Easy to use, implement and gain feedback, since I have started using it I have never looked back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bouncer?

Nothing. I am happy with the tool and the overall process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I'm very satisfied with how Bouncer works and I definitely recommend it to anyone."
What do you like best about Bouncer?

- Accuracy of address verification – Bouncer does an excellent job detecting inactive, temporary, or incorrect email addresses, helping to avoid bounces and improving campaign effectiveness.

- Intuitive interface – Navigating the platform is pleasant and simple, even for users without technical experience.

- Fast performance – Checking large databases takes surprisingly little time, with results available almost instantly.

- Integration with popular platforms – Seamless connections with Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or ActiveCampaign make it highly convenient.

- Data security – Big plus for GDPR compliance and careful attention to privacy protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bouncer?

Maybe just that when I have very unusual addresses (e.g. from rare domains), I sometimes need to review them manually — but that’s more of an exception than a rule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean user lists and less fraud on my SaaS"
What do you like best about Bouncer?

I use Bouncer as part of the signup process for one of my SaaS products. It was a charm to integrate, is fast, and I love the fact that I buy credits over a monthly subscription which is perfect for an early stage company like mine. The result is far less (none?) fake accounts, users trying actually have purchasing intent, and I find users are more content as they see us as professional when being strict about type of email required for signup. My onboarding email open rates are way better than I’ve ever had before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bouncer?

"Solid Tool for Email List Cleaning and Validation"
What do you like best about Bouncer?

I've been using this email verifier recently, and it’s been incredibly helpful in improving the quality of my mailing list. It accurately identifies invalid or risky email addresses, helping me reduce bounce rates and increase engagement. The interface is easy to use, and the results are fast and reliable. Highly recommended for anyone managing email campaigns or newsletters! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bouncer?

One thing that could be improved is the reporting section — it would be great to have more detailed analytics or export options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
