I've been using it for about a year and over that year the performance has improved. It's super intuitive to use and provides all the information I need. On top of that, I'm still only using the free trial version, I started with 1000 credits and am only about halfway through that after a year. Given my experience with it so far, I bet the paid features are even more helpful **What do you dislike about Bouncer?** Not much! It really delivers and I've never had any real issues with it. Sometimes it can't verify/verify an email is invalid, but that's not that often and to be expected with any sort of software. **Recommendations to others considering Bouncer:** This is not a software that's implemented across my organization. Our sales team is pretty small ~8 people, 4 of which probably use Bouncer. We also don't pay for Bouncer/have a business account with them, it's on an individual basis. I started using it a year ago and still have ~550 credits left. I will probably pay for it when my credits run out but we also have another email verification tool, but it takes a bit longer to get results from, so I often go to Bouncer for my more immediate needs. My recommendation is to use the free trial to see if it's worth it for your organization (it likely will be!) and go from there. **What problems is Bouncer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being in sales, I reach out to prospects primarily via email. Most companies have a pretty standard email structure but with new employees or long-tenured employees, the email address structure can differ. It saves me the hassle of having to guess, send an email, have it bounce back, try another address, have it bounce again etc. until I find the right email address.
