Botsheets has two major features that were a deal a major reason why we stopped using the others and doubled down on Botsheets. First thing, the RAG style architecture with Google Sheets. The reality of being able to update a google sheet in infinite ways and then that turns around and updates my bot is hands down one of the best features we have ever used and we have used dozens of bot softwares over the years. The next and critical feature, is the data point collection. While other softwares we have used in the past had data point collection none were conversation and used GPT-4o to collect what we needed and then with a webhook push it to where we needed it. If I had to be critical of any point, and honestly this doesn't matter to us one bit, it would be maybe the interface could be a little sexier. The reality is, who cares??
