**What do you like best about Bolten CRM?**

I like Bolten CRM because it excels in marketing and customer engagement, managing email campaigns, and tracking customer responses effectively. It keeps my customers engaged automatically and monitors engagement behavior, which is incredibly valuable. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and straightforward, which made getting started with the platform a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Bolten CRM?**

I feel Bolten CRM could improve with deeper marketing tools and custom reporting & dashboards. I'm missing built-in landing page builders, social media scheduling and tracking, SMS or WhatsApp messaging integration, and there's less visualization flexibility.

**What problems is Bolten CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bolten CRM to track leads, manage sales processes, improve follow-up, and enhance visibility into sales performance. It automates customer engagement through email campaigns, keeping track of responses and engagement behaviors.
