**What do you like best about Bodha Route Planner?**

The route adjusts on its own when things change. If a big order comes in late or the kitchen is running behind, Bodha reshuffles everything automatically. I don't have to ring the driver or manually move deliveries around. Customer notifications go out without anyone doing anything extra. Planning time has dropped a lot and each driver is getting through twice the drops they used to.

**What do you dislike about Bodha Route Planner?**

Took a couple of days to get the settings right when we first set it up. Nothing major but it needed a bit of back and forth with the support team to get the time windows working exactly how we wanted. Once it was sorted though it's been smooth ever since.

**What problems is Bodha Route Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We deliver hot food so timing is everything. Before Bodha Route Planner we were manually juggling routes when last minute orders came in and it was a mess. Bodha solved that completely. On-time deliveries are sitting at 99.5% now and cold food complaints have pretty much disappeared. The business has grown because we can take on more orders without the wheels falling off.
