Secure and Easy-to-use. Not buggy and performs well. When you do need help or want to talk to a person, the team is insanely responsive. **What do you dislike about Bobsled?** Took a while for us to get approval from legal, but that's more on us than on Bobsled. They have much trickier customers than us. **What problems is Bobsled solving and how is that benefiting you?** To build out datashares for snowflake, databricks, azure, bigquery, s3, and so on... is a major engineering undertaking. Many of our competitors only set up a data share w/ customers who are on the same cloud warehouse as them. But we can offer data sharing with anyone, and since we use bobsled there is no engineering work required to provision a new share or add a table to an existing share. ### 2. Working with the Bobsled team has been great, they have never failed to be helpful when support was needed. **What do you dislike about Bobsled?** The user interface makes updating large numbers of shares quickly difficult **What problems is Bobsled solving and how is that benefiting you?** We work with large datasets and produce/consume large volumes of data every day. The largest problem that Bobsled solves for me is getting our data to the various environments where our clients operate while controlling that process all from one place. This means less time is spent maintaining deliveries and more time is spent assisting clients or internal resources with their work. Another large benefit of Bobsled is the enablement of our technical product support team to load data into Snowflake at will for their use. This allows for rapid problem-solving and quality assurance on our products at a scale that was not previously possible. ### 3. It has a strong security system which provide protection from access to sensitive information. It's integration with data management tools helps in creating a effective workflow. **What do you dislike about Bobsled?** There are limited customisation options. The performance of Bobsled software directly depends on the good internet connection as it is a cloud based platform, any fluctuations in internet lead to disruption in workflow. The pricing of this software is very high as compared to its competitors. **What problems is Bobsled solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's main aim is to help people work together and share data more smoothly in digital workflows. It makes life easier by collecting data spread across different platforms.
