The UI is intuitive and fast for users. Also the configuration for setting it up in a products is easy and consistent. They give the team / business using OneSchema a lot of different options and as we have been using the product, the options keep increasing as well. OneSchema can be difficult to integrate for a company that doesn't already have established practices with Functions technologies, such as AWS lambda or Azure Functions. The ease of use for non tech savvy users! It is very easy to embed within your own software and has saved thousands of hours of work. Solving data issues for my company and clients was my top priority and Oneschema has all the answers. I love how they are constantly rolling out new features. I can't think of any downsides or dislikes. If it was compatible with LWC components/salesforce that would be amazing but I think that is a salesforce limitation not Oneschema. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OneSchema definitely seems like the way of the future when it comes to importing data. It is user friendly and the way it highlights errors for data ingestion correction is extremely useful. Going through the security process of utilizing OneSchema seems to be a hassle. I am not sure if there is a way around this but it would be nice to not have to go through so many loops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way that it learns as you use it, also remembers a lot of changes you have made so it's not repetitive and troublesome to use.

Sometimes the small screen its anoying with all the messagess telling you that there is an error so you have to go back and open the complete view.

The only slight downside I've experienced is that the use of the embedded portal can sometimes feel a little limiting in that we don't have full control over it. But this is to be expected as it is a standard embedder they provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oneschema has made it easier for our customers to map columsn and clean up data, which results in more successful imports and more users getting activated with our product. Implementing Oneschema was much more convenient and faster than developing a custom Importer from scratch, resulting in significant engineering time and cost savings. During the trial period, the implementation of Oneschema into our product felt a bit rushed. We were initially given a two-week trial, and we were pressured into making a purchasing decision prematurely. We were eventually given more time to properly evaluate the product, but it required some push back from our team. OneSchema earnestly researched the pain points that we have when importing from the messy lands of real world data. You can tell they are driven by solving the problems customers actually face, and they continue to steadily improve the platform without breaking things. It is easy to use, integrate, customise and implement in a variety of workflows. The user expereince is very easy to understand and convenient to use. The solution is highly scalable, relaible and capable for most enterprise level uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price is quite expensive on the low end. Even for a relatively early stage company when we first started using OneSchema it was very expensive. A more scalable pricing structure will help attract even more smaller/earlier stage business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
