Also the configuration for setting it up in a products is easy and consistent. They give the team / business using OneSchema a lot of different options and as we have been using the product, the options keep increasing as well. This makes it very nice to work with and lets our companies systems take over when needed, while still using the beautiful UI that OneSchema provides. **What do you dislike about OneSchema?** OneSchema can be difficult to integrate for a company that doesn't already have established practices with Functions technologies, such as AWS lambda or Azure Functions. But if your company does, then it should be a breeze to integrate OneSchema into your product. **What problems is OneSchema solving and how is that benefiting you?** OneSchema solves the problem that comes along with CSV uploads in frontend software. It completely takes over and intuitively provides options to the user to correctly format and clean CSVs that are imported. Also their support is next to none. I have never interacted (or met someone that has interacted) with a software platform service that has had such attentive support. ### 3. It is very easy to embed within your own software and has saved thousands of hours of work. Solving data issues for my company and clients was my top priority and Oneschema has all the answers. Their new SFTP/API feature looks like its going to be amazing for what we do. **What do you dislike about OneSchema?** I can't think of any downsides or dislikes. If it was compatible with LWC components/salesforce that would be amazing but I think that is a salesforce limitation not Oneschema. **What problems is OneSchema solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oneschema solves the data validation issues we were having and providers a clean easy to use platform for our clients which easily embeds into our own software with great customization/branding options is fantastic. ### 4. It is user friendly and the way it highlights errors for data ingestion correction is extremely useful. Our current import process is not user friendly, old and clunky. I would like for all projects here at Huron to start usin OneSchema. **What do you dislike about OneSchema?** Going through the security process of utilizing OneSchema seems to be a hassle. I am not sure if there is a way around this but it would be nice to not have to go through so many loops. **What problems is OneSchema solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting our clients to use imports is really hard. They pass off their imports to our internal teams to complete for you. Using One Schema would give clients a much easier and better user experience to handle their imports. Implementing Oneschema was much more convenient and faster than developing a custom Importer from scratch, resulting in significant engineering time and cost savings. It's also great to see the team is pushing out a lot of new features and improvements to the product. **What do you dislike about OneSchema?** During the trial period, the implementation of Oneschema into our product felt a bit rushed. We were initially given a two-week trial, and we were pressured into making a purchasing decision prematurely. We were eventually given more time to properly evaluate the product, but it required some push back from our team. The features you need are usually right where you reach for them. **What do you dislike about OneSchema?** There is nothing we dislike so far. We haven't run into a problem for which we didn't get a satisfactory response. Even for a relatively early stage company when we first started using OneSchema it was very expensive. There were a couple back-and-forths with customer support regarding our implementation/use-case, but support was very responsive and quick. **What problems is OneSchema solving and how is that benefiting you?** We essentially needed a CSV importer, along with functionality like CSV schema validation, etc., and OneSchema provided exactly that. The product is not walk up user friendly for consumer workflows, which is what we needed. As a B2B product, I'd support the product. What I don't appreciate is a disingenious sales process around what we needed for B2B2C. For example, we have 15 different data templates we use with customers in different countries - OneSchema lets us generate them with code instead of having to hand-create templates for each. Our engineering team was really happy about that. * Our favorite OneSchema feature is the exportable Excel summaries. If a customer gets stuck during the import process, they can easily export a file explaining all of the errors.
