Things that I like about Boardable is with the engagement insights that is useful for me as administrator, I can see every board members activity like if they have opened the meeting packet or opening password protected document before the meeting start. We are not using it too heavily right now, 2-3 times a month for regular monthly meeting and some emergency session.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Customization for branding is quite limited for now, only some font changing and logo display is supported, need more option to change color to match-up with our company color theme. It wasn't a pressing matters, but would be nice if it is available.

**Reviewed by:** Noelle T. | Ethics and Compliance Officer, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I appreciate it added greater predictability to governance activities that were previously too much about manual coordination. It alleviated confusion and improved board preparation. There's enough functionality to support what we need without being overwhelming, and we get good support. My favourite aspect is that it reduces administrative complexity that allowed our organisation to focus more on decision making than on addressing gaps in processes.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Some administrative processes are repetitive, particularly when dealing with multiple meetings. It offers a lot of features, but some tasks may require more clicks. This has sometimes led to additional work for our staff. This has had an impact on efficiency at times when workloads are high. The customer service has been good, but there are still some constraints which add to the governance workload.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit of Boardable is that it addresses the issues of poor board preparation, lack of responsibility and excessive manual work. It helps us by providing better organisation and efficiency in governance tasks. The extensive features enable reliable board prep and accountability. We spend less time sorting out basic administrative problems, increasing efficiency.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iride C. | Remote operations coordinator, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

To me, the greatest benefits of Boardable are in improving accountability. The many features help keep ownership of tasks and materials clear, which has improved clarity in decision making. I appreciate how we can quickly go back to discussions to ensure team alignment. There has been reliable customer service. The most important thing is that there is more structure to collaboration, which has increased confidence in board activities.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

A downside of Boardable is that it can be less adaptable to workflows for different board configurations. There is a lot of functionality, but some processes can be tedious when fitting certain processes. This has slowed my work with additional steps in planning scenarios.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable helps address the chaos that can come with board-level coordination. Its features keep documentation and discussions organized and clear, which reduces mistakes that happen when information is missing or scattered. For my team, it improves clarity around responsibilities and strengthens communication. Customer service has supported us along the way, but the biggest benefit for me is the stability it brings to the overall board-work process.

 ### 7. We improved visibility on our meeting responsibilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elisabeth F. | Director of Arts Programs and Board Relations, Fine Art, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I appreciate Boardable since it brings transparency in the activities of the board. I will be able to handle tasks, deadline and documents under a single environment. Its reminders and document sharing features are in place to make sure that nothing slips through the cracks. This has made my work easier and I do not have to check in all the time. It also assists the board to remain focused and on priorities without additional effort.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

The main issue for me is that tracking multiple tasks can be less intuitive at times. Even with many features, reviewing all updates takes extra effort. This impacts my work since I lose time checking progress across items. It interrupts focus and can make busy periods feel more stressful than necessary.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I consider Boardable a product that helps to maintain board responsibilities transparent and structured. Withdrawing to communicate the progress, or ignore the tasks, was not difficult in the past. Today, when everything is trailed in a single system, my working routine is easier and more predictable.

 ### 8. Effortlessly Enhances Board Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muaaz H. | Customer Support Agent Tier ll, Environmental Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I really like Boardable's standardized outcome, which separates motion and voting from meeting minutes. This feature is a massive upgrade for legal defensibility and allows for much cleaner historical reports. I also appreciate the meeting engagement dashboard, which lets me see preparedness scores for the boards. It's useful for identifying if key members haven't opened the board packet before the session starts. The meeting check feature allows us to monitor board members' activity, especially with task progress.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Video quality for the virtual board meeting isn't the best that I have experience. In high-density hybrid meetings, the native audible video still experiences occasional latency and sometimes makes the video lags or frozen. We had to switch to other apps like Zoom Meeting, but it will occurs extra cost for our board operation.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Boardable monthly for board management and virtual meetings, capturing formal decisions and votes in a standardized format. The goal tracking and meeting engagement dashboards help visualize strategic progress and ensure board preparedness, making it easier for legal defensibility and cleaner historical reporting.

 ### 9. Boardable improves our structure in board management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo S. | Executive administrative assistant, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

My favorite feature of Boardable is that it maintains board activities organized and simple to follow. I employ it to create meeting agendas, distribute documents, and have everything under a single roof to directors. The features assist me in controlling approvals and keeping track of decisions. It can also be used with email and calendar systems, thus making it easier to schedule.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

The biggest problem I have with Boardable is that it may be quite challenging to find certain documents when the uploaded files exceed numerous. It has an effective feature set, and navigation is not always fast. This will affect my working process since I will waste time searching information at the time of peak hours.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable is the solution to my issue of uncoordinated board communication at work. Prior to its usage, data were scattered in emails and documents, which was confusing. All this is organized now and I am able to handle meetings and decisions easily. This is advantageous in that it saves time and mistakes.

 ### 10. Helps our teams manage meeting agendas and documents efficiently

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric G. | Senior program manager, Market Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I like Boardable because it enhances board clarity in its communication. It assists in making sure that all the individuals are equipped with the same information prior to meetings hence confusion is minimal. I also admire the fact that it makes documents easily accessible under one roof to be reviewed.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

I find the fact that it is not always smooth when making changes to shared materials to be bothersome. It may be a bit limiting when more than two individuals are working on the same documents. It is also more difficult than anticipated to work with a great deal of information.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It primarily corrects the problem of unorganized preparation of board meetings. I would handle disorganised paperwork and poor communication, and it was difficult. All things are now in a single place hence meetings are now conducted efficiently. This enhances my work as I am not wasting time to find information, and my team is more comfortable.

 ### 11. Easier visibility on deadlines and actions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed D. | Meeting specialist, Architecture & Planning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The main reason why I like Boardable is that it eases the task of managing board activities. Meetings, sharing of agendas and tracking of responsibilities are also centralized thus, saving time and confusion is minimized. The Reminder and tasks assignment feature is impressive. My everyday work has been enhanced by it as I am now aware of what every board member should do and the meetings are now productive and well organized.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

I do not like that there is a cumbersome feel when dealing with several tasks or updates at the same time in Boardable. Sometimes it involves additional actions when making changes to multiple items, which is slowing me down. This has affected my work in times of heavy work schedules because simple changes will take a longer than anticipated time.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most significant issue that Boardable solves on my behalf is maintaining the order in board tasks and communications. In the past, agendas, assignments and updates were widely spread in emails and documents. Having everything under one system now makes my work easier and errors are minimized. This is also beneficial to my team since everyone understands their responsibility, making it less difficult and reduced time to hold meetings.

 ### 12. Streamlined Meetings with Quick Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Izfar H. | Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I like Boardable for the unified view during virtual meetings, which allows me to see my fellow board members video and the board's packet on the same screen without switching between Zoom and PDFs. I especially like the one-click packet builder, which takes all my uploaded reports, automatically numbers the pages, and creates a table of contents, saving me hours of manual formatting. I also like the mobile apps sync that board members can review the full packet on their phone before entering the meeting session, everyone is coming prepared and able to add more insights to make the meeting beneficial. The initial setup is simple, mainly because we had enough support from the customer support team that assisted us with all the workflow and technical issues, allowing us to set up our first virtual board meeting in less than fifteen minutes.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

I think Boardable needs to improve the video bandwidth because it can be a bit demanding on the internet connection. If a board member or participant has a slow Wi-Fi connection, the video might lag more than it should. Additionally, the task manager is great for simple items, but you can't create subtasks or a complete project list. I have to keep more complicated projects in separate software and only use basic task on Boardable.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Boardable for seamless meeting lifecycle management. It integrates video conferencing with document viewing, helps model agendas and reports, and uses a task manager for quick post-meeting actions. It streamlines my processes and turns meeting outcomes into real work effectively.

 ### 13. Streamlined Document Management, Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imanda I. | Office Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I really like the build-in signature feature on Boardable, which lets me upload a document to the document center and tag exactly where I need a signature. It's great that I can check who's signed in real time. I appreciate the new dashboard menu because it's easier to glance over progress, view RSVPs, or check pending signatures without clicking through every tools on the dashboard. The setup is very intuitive, and we used the setup guide to integrate well with Google Calendar. Our team members were synced up in a minute. The most impressive part is the universal search tool, which indexes everything we uploaded immediately and allows our team to find records from two years ago just by typing a keyword.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

I think what needs to improve is with the e-signature utility tools because when the signature tools convert a document to PDF, it sometimes messes up the spacing and the layout of the original document. I want the conversion to be 100% perfect every time so I don't have to edit the layout back. And one more thing is the filter position. When I search for the people directory and click into a profile, then go back, I want the app to remember my search so I don't have to type it again.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable solves the hassle of manually emailing board members for signatures by allowing me to notify them with one click and keep track of who already finish to sign the document. It also addresses calendar and document synch issues, and the new dashboard makes tracking progress easier.

 ### 14. Streamlined Board Meetings with Quorum Verification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge M. | Senior security analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I like the meeting engagement dashboard in Boardable a lot. It's a smart screen that shows me who's ready for the meeting and who's participating the most. I also really like the Quorum feature because it saves us about ten minutes of work every time we start a meeting. The initial setup was quite good, thanks to the boarding specialist from Boardable who helped us move our records in just a few days. The manual guides were very simple to follow, making it easy even for our board members who aren't very tech-savvy to RSVP and handle documents. Boardable also handles the security of people that is joining the session by authenticating their credential to ensure only legit board members can access the session.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

One thing that I am not satisfied with is the AI meeting minutes builder. They are very good at logging the meeting transcript, but they don't support language translation yet. I wish I could change the transcript to another language automatically.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Boardable to solve compliance worries and ensure meetings start legally with quorum verification. It also tackles quiet board member issues, helping me engage everyone and ensure their voices are heard.

 ### 15. Effortless attendance tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Federica S. | Senior Legal Assistant, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The most outstanding fact about Boardable is that it makes the preparation and communication of board meetings more organized. I am able to view those who have read documents, send reminders and make sure everything is prepared prior to the meeting. The use of calendar and email applications ensures that the participants remain on track. Its characteristics enable coordination between committees to be so easier and it assists in avoiding a misunderstanding or missing things during the meetings.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

One of its disadvantages that I have observed is that it does not provide quick changes whenever I need it. Some actions are more steps than necessary and even minor updates to them may seem slow. The features are good, but it may be difficult to navigate through them at some point. Such problems may disrupt preparation and cause some stress in making changes at the last minute.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable addresses the problem of non visibility and coordination of board activities. I am able to make everything available, monitor attendance, and maintain everyone on time. Communication is solidified with the help of it and calendar and email systems. This has added to the efficiency of the meetings, less confusion and allowed my team to concentrate on discussions rather than the administrative information.

 ### 16. Clear responsibilities and smoother team coordination

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leone L. | Director of product creation, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

One of the things that I like about Boardable is that it introduces some level of consistency to the board meetings and communication. The features included in arranging agendas and making decisions will be a good addition to my day to day duties. I also appreciate the automatic notifications which make participants active. This has made my work life different, as I do not have to bother about updates being missed and with all of them prepared better, the meetings became smoother and more organized.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

I do not like that there are too many steps needed to perform certain actions during the time when they are most needed, and this delays. Although the quantity of features is satisfactory, some of its workflows are repetitious.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable eliminates the problem of ineffective organization of board communication and misunderstood roles. It provides me with a clear methodology of delegating tasks, monitoring decisions, and maintaining all that recorded. This is advantageous to my work since I do not have to spend much time explaining and concentrating on results. My fellow workers are also less worried as they are aware at all times of what to expect, which enhances our working relationship on a day to day basis.

 ### 17. Boardable supports our structured board meeting preparation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rowan A. | Data Entry Coordinator, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I like that Boardable helps with long term board administration as opposed to individual meetings. We have many places where we have used it regularly to archive governance policies, committee notes and board resolutions as far as each meeting cycle is concerned. The amount of features can preserve a reference of board decisions throughout the year. Once implemented, our leadership team is able to go over previous discussions and be aware of the way some decisions were made, and this has enhanced continuity between meetings.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

One of the weaknesses that I have observed with Boardable concerns the examination of past board information. As our organization has been using the platform over the years, numerous meeting records and governance documents are stored in the platform. Seeking a particular discussion of a previous meeting may take some additional time when I use it more often before the meeting.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable, primarily, is the solution to the lack of structured communication between employees and the Board. Long email chains were used to discuss agendas and documents before implementation and it was hard to keep up with updates and decisions. We are using the platform regularly to prepare meetings, hand out materials and document voting results. The features limit the discussion of boards to particular agenda items.

 ### 18. Organizing board meetings and tasks is finally effective in our company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego F. | Executive administrative assistant, Insurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The most impressive thing is that it offers transparency and organization to board processes. All meetings, documents and task items are well exposed to the corresponding members and this ensures accountability is kept straight. The features provided enable me to assign follow ups, make comments on proposals, and maintain a history of discussions. Since it is used often, accountability is enhanced by the frequency of use and enables decisions to be made without the needless back and forth communication.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

One of the challenges that I have observed is the fact that high level permissions and notifications are not always simple. The high level of features is useful, although it may be inconsistently used by the members of the board, resulting in something being overlooked. These little holes are apparent given the fact that it is in constant use. Additionally, it may be rather time consuming to format or arrange documents needed during meetings which sometimes is an additional burden before every meeting.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable eliminates the issue of disjointed communication and document sharing on boards. Prior to its use, it would involve a number of emails and spreadsheets in order to schedule meetings, apportion duties and make follow ups which would sometimes cause confusion. All the agendas, documents and action items are stored in a single place with daily use. The features enable the members to monitor duties, comment on suggestions, and keep pace. This has minimized on miscommunication, accelerated decision making and enhanced cross board collaboration.

 ### 19. Boardable is perfect for organized board management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kumar N. | Operations Lead, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

Boardable is unique in that it enhances accountability in our board. Being an operations manager, I always have to check the assignments and the result of the voting, and the abundance of options that surround the participation tracking is quite helpful. People can make meetings more effective with the help of automated notifications and structured meeting agendas. With Google Workspace, everyone can use it without any misunderstanding of the right documents. It makes everyone aware of his or her duties and can minimize misunderstandings in the activity of board.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

One of the weaknesses I have observed is that some operations like uploading a large number of files simultaneously or setting up the notifications are tedious. Introduction of user roles could not be done carelessly, and this took more time to set up. Members may not always see the entirety of reminders or updates, which provides little spaces in communication. Such problems do not halt the work of the board, yet they sometimes force the personnel to waste some time in making things clear or resending documents.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable assists in eradicating misunderstanding and ineffectiveness in board management. Prior to implementation, it was tedious to schedule meetings, share documents and decisions. And today we are using it on a daily basis to keep confirming progress, votes, and send out reminders. Meetings have been enhanced by the number of features which provide accountability and tracking of decisions by the members. It is advantageous to our nonprofit since it consolidates the administrative work and gives the board the opportunity to plan and supervise.

 ### 20. Structured board meetings and clear accountability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmanuel N. | Corporate Affairs Officer, Architecture & Planning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I like the way Boardable makes our processes of governance official. Board communication used to be disseminated in emails before it was used. At this point, it can be said that meeting preparation is controlled and documented with frequent use. The features that made approvals and task follow ups enhanced the responsibility of members. We also incorporated it into outlook calendars to coordinate the time table, and it did not take much upheaval to our routine.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

What worries me is that options of document presentation are somehow limited. Although it has good governance features, we sometimes make good reports individually and upload them later. This additional measure is also a bit of inefficiency to our preparation cycle and a burden to the administration, as we do that most of the time.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable helped us to resolve the problem of unorganized board communication. In the past, the documents and approvals were lost in long chains of emails. Today, having organized agendas and action items monitored, responsibilities become very clear. The features to aid the voting and the delegation of tasks increased follow through. Since we routinely use it, meetings will be more productive and decisions will be fairly easier to document as mandated by compliance reasons.

 ### 21. Organized governance and committee coordination with Boardable is now super simple for me

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arnold C. | Director of Operations, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The aspect that strikes me about Boardable is the sheer amount of features that concern governance in particular. Task tracking, e-signatures and committee management are commonly used by us. The connection with Google Drive enables us to create updated financial documents and connect them to the email without sending unlimited emails. Although implementation involved a definite setting up of roles, once it was done, we used it more often since board members could now have one stable place to meet and read materials prior to the meetings.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Boardable has one weakness in that there is limited scope of customization. In the implementation exercise, we discovered that we did not have the capability to completely customize workflows to our internal approval process. This affected our work since we were required to change some of our routines to meet the platform. Besides, the ease of use is satisfactory when it comes to simple tasks but advanced functions are limiting. Integration is effective but in case of synching problems, it may postpone the preparation of the meeting.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the case of our organization, Boardable will solve the issue of transparency in board activities. The implementation provided us with structure of roles and explicit decision tracking. The features such as task assignments, task approvals among other things assist in making sure that there is follow-through. Connectivity with Google drive keeps the financial reports up to date. This has increased confidence between the board members and the management and my daily workload has also been reduced since I do not have to go after signatures or confirmations all the time.

 ### 22. Enhances Accountability and Streamlines Board Activities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah R. | Senior administrative assistant, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The part that I like the most about Boardable is that it enhances accountability and ensures that all the board members stay accountable. I visit it daily to handle action items, exchange important documents and monitor the task completion. Such features as reminders and voting assistance guarantee that the decisions are stipulated appropriately, which makes the activities of the boards more transparent and structured in general.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

The only negative thing about Boardable is that certain functions to monitor the engagement or collaboration can be more specific. As an illustration, it is not always necessary to use manual follow up to know who has already reviewed documents or completed tasks in a particular manner. These flaws sometimes hinder the work of the board and necessitate the additional effort to make sure that accountability is upheld.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable focuses on the issue of the transparency and accountability in the functioning of the boards mostly. It allows concentration of meetings, work and documents, which makes responsibilities visible and follow ups organized. The members of my team take less time to remind their peers about tasks and the deadlines are more regular, which makes the board more productive and their decisions more actionable.

 ### 23. Boardable secures every document, fostering confident board decisions.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bogna L. | Enterprise Strategy Architect, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

Boardable is truly remarkable at dealing with separate, yet linked governance agencies. Each group within our national board, regional committees and special projects each have their own virtual spaces. The distinctiveness of this reduces the chance of sharing sensitive conversations across groups which might be embarrassing at the same time preserving a complete record of each individual. We are able to easily tell who has seen essential policies and when which is priceless in our compliance structure.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Our multi layered organization turned out to be somewhat tricky to first organize. Management of organizing all our regional chapters and all their sub committees proved to be more front end planning than budgeted. Moreover, it is not as simple as we would like to believe, to be able to pull the consolidated reporting of those individual units to have a comprehensive strategic picture.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The greatest challenge that we experienced was making sure that each member of our local chapters boards was getting and reading important changes in national policies on a regular basis. Prior to Boardable we were only using a hodgepodge of different emails and common drives, which was frequently resulting in missed acknowledgment and compliance lapses on our end. Boardable now offers one thing which can be checked, a single channel of policy dissemination where we are automatically tracking single acknowledgements. This has proved to drastically mitigate our audit risks and has also enhanced the overall organizational governance coherence throughout our distributed network.

 ### 24. Centralized communication for board members

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabrina H. | Business development lead, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The most notable thing is that Boardable simplifies the board governance. The day to day activities such as scheduling, sharing of agendas and following up on approvals are made easier. Calendars and the integration with Zoom ensure that everything is in a same place. The functionality of the platform allows my team to remain within the deadlines and the stress of organizing numerous documents and meetings is decreased.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Limitations in reporting and exporting are one of the weaknesses. The interface is slow with huge boards or numerous attachments. These problems occasionally compel us to make some notes manually off the platform, creating an additional burden during the peak season. These restrictions may affect work process efficiency in spite of the assistance.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable addresses the issue of discontinuous communication and document management in the board. Emails and spreadsheets led to lack of updates and confusion before use. It is now centralized in scheduling, sharing of files and monitoring approvals which enhances transparency and holding together the team. It also streamlines meetings as well as saves time on administration.

 ### 25. Smooth solution for group planning scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin G. | Board Administrator, Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The thing that I love about Boardable is that the setup seems more stable once all the implementation is done. Google Calendar is integrated, and I do not spend time planning schedules. The feature package is very comfortable with my daily routine and I make use of it most of the times when I have prep days. It has also assisted in reducing minor misunderstandings and it makes our meetings smoother.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

The primary aspect that I do not like about Boardable is that it has certain areas that are a little bit lagging behind that makes it slower when using it at a faster pace. Due to the restricted features in some regions, the work becomes more time consuming as compared to the normal time. Calendar updates do not always show immediately so I need to check details. All these minor problems accumulate during busy days and break my flow somewhat.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable is solving much of the chaos of meetings in our lives. It has our schedules and documentation in a single flow particularly when it is connected with Google Calendar in order to keep everyone up to date. Our team will experience less error and will go through prep work with increased speed. It simplifies the daily tasks since we do not spend time sorting out the details any longer.

**Official Response from Connor Mellen:**

> Thank you for sharing your review! We're glad to hear that once everything is set up, Boardable feels stable and fits comfortably into your daily workflow. ### 26. Smooth solution for board meeting coordination

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis B. | Project Coordinator, Philanthropy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The aspect that impresses me is that Boardable provides certain sanity to my meeting planning process. I am in it constantly preparing materials and maintaining the list of things to be done. It facilitates the group acting as a unit rather than having everybody doing their own thing. I use it so frequently that it has become a part of my process of staying focused on the engaging days, thus, making my time management much more relaxed.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

What I do not like is that there are certain sections that seem a bit rigid in the process of planning the larger discussion which spans across multiple meeting. It even makes me repeat some of the steps which I would have preferred to complete sooner. I make a lot of use of it and therefore I can see these slowdowns more than I would like. The customer service has been useful as I had questions, yet the restrictions do indeed create more work during high seasons.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable will address the problem of distributed meeting preparation in our team. I utilize it in my day to day life to check on the next tasks, take files, and track those that remain attended. It possesses the right amount of features needed to do our board work and having it all the time ensures that everything can flow smoothly. The greatest difference is that our follow-ups are much more organized and I do not worry that I have to search through old emails anymore.

**Official Response from Connor Mellen:**

> Thank you for sharing your review! We're so glad to hear that Boardable brings clarity and calm to your meeting planning process. Knowing it helps your team act as one and gives you a reliable place to stay focused means a lot to us.

We appreciate you noting the places where the workflow can feel a bit rigid, especially when planning across multiple meetings. Please feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager, they’re always ready to help find ways to streamline those steps for you.

It’s great to hear how Boardable has improved your follow-up process and eliminated the hassle of digging through old emails. We're grateful to be part of the way your board stays organized and moves work forward. Thank you for being a valued member of the Boardable community!

 ### 27. A must have platform for virtual meeting and document management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fahmi F. | Finance assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I am happy with how easy it is to transform from physical meeting to virtual meeting session, this moves is fully supported by majority of board members as they don't need to attend meeting physically and can join the session from anywhere. Document and meeting material like analytic report or performance graph management is secure, it is stored on cloud storage that give easy access to board members to view. Regarding integration, we connect with DocuSign for e-signature, meaning all the document is now sign digitally, no need for physical paper and pen anymore.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Only one dislike when we initially implement the platform for our board members to use, not everyone is technology savvy and willing to learn for new changes. It takes around half a year for all members to fully adopting the virtual meeting technology and accepting transformation. I would suggest for a friendlier training session or user guidance.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable is one stop center for meeting management, preparing for meeting agenda, material and invitation link is easy to create on board packet tools. Many of the operation can be automated, which lead to a quicker operation especially when we need for emergency session.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Fahmi,

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re thrilled that moving from in-person to virtual meetings was smooth for your board—and that secure, cloud-based access to reports and materials, plus the DocuSign e-signature integration, are saving you from paper shuffles.

We hear your feedback on the learning curve. To help boards ramp faster, we offer live board training (friendly, hands-on sessions for members). Your CSM can arrange a session tailored to your board’s comfort level and workflows.

It’s also great to hear that Board Packets and automations make it easy to assemble agendas, materials, and invites—especially for urgent sessions. Thanks again for choosing Boardable!

 ### 28. Quick solutions for managing pre-meeting and post meeting, all in one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suhaila A. | SNN, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

Keeping meeting record and minutes from previous meeting is simple, it is easy to search and find back data regarding previous meeting discussion and voting decision by board members and task that is distributed to each members. Storing confidential material/data on the cloud storage is secure and members can access the document instantly without having to install other third-party software. Calendar integration is very helpful, it can connect with various type of calendar apps that member use and automatically sync the next meeting date reminder on their calendar.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Getting used to using a virtual meeting platform for board members is not easy for our less tech savvy members, they are actually prefer for physical meeting session, after several meeting session held, they are now fully grasp on how easy is to using the platform. Implementation is easy, but some users need longer time for the learning curves.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting management is what we have solve after using Boardable, everything is digital and in one place, no more missing document or destroyed material, we just need to type the document keyword and the files is instantly pop-up on the search bar.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Suhaila,

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad Boardable makes it simple to keep minutes and past decisions organized, quickly search prior discussions/votes, and securely centralize materials—plus sync meetings to everyone’s calendars.

We offer live board training—a short, hands-on session tailored for members that covers finding documents, joining meetings, casting votes, and tracking tasks, with time for Q&A. This should be helpful when onboarding new members or to reinforce the basics.

Thanks again for calling out how having everything in one place has eliminated missing or outdated files.

 ### 29. Brought order to our board meetings, ending endless email chains

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia A. | Board Portal Manager, Renewables & Environment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The best thing is that Boardable manages to make our board communications centralized. The availability of all meeting minutes, agendas and supporting documents in a single secure and accessible location implies we will use less time to find stuff and more time to plan. The approvals are also easily tracked by the audit trail, which has also been a great help to the compliance team.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

The access to archived documents would be more convenient in the mobile application. Moreover, although the platform is usually user friendly, the process of adding new individuals with certain permission levels can be slightly more difficult than I would like it to be in the cases of the fast team building.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem of getting our shareholder communications and documents in order. With the introduction of Boardable, we have had a single, business-like platform to share the most important updates and annual reports, and have therefore become much more transparent in our interactions with our investors. It seems as though we have professionalized our external governance to great extent.

**Official Response from Connor Mellen:**

> Thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear that Boardable has helped centralize your board communications and streamline access to minutes, agendas, and supporting documents—all in one secure location. It’s great to know that features like audit trails have supported your compliance efforts as well.

We appreciate your feedback about mobile access and permission settings. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, who can help you make those processes smoother.

We’re thrilled that Boardable has brought greater organization, transparency, and professionalism to your shareholder communications. Thank you for being a valued member of the Boardable community!

 ### 30. Meeting automation, secure document storage with high-quality virtual meeting platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pirzah I. | Network IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

Boardable eliminate manual task like meeting schedule reminder via email or messenger, now, the schedule is automatically sync with board members calendar and automatically sent-out link to join the virtual meeting session when the time come. Meeting tools like voting, notes, agenda and minute is readily available, the operation is similar like face to face meeting, but digital.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Getting all board member to onboard to virtual meeting wasn't easy at first, many are rejecting the changes because they need to learn the new technology and prefer the old way of conduct. Customer support is very helpful in providing training so ease the transition from physical meeting to virtual meeting.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve a huge issues of meeting material storage security, upon deploying Bordable, all the document and meeting material is securely stored on cloud storage, thus eliminating problem to store physical sensitive document in office space.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Pirzah,

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad Boardable is taking the manual work off your plate so that your virtual meetings run like your in-person sessions.

We hear you on the early change-management hurdles. Many boards prefer familiar routines at first. To make that transition smoother, we offer live board training (short, hands-on sessions for members), plus quick-start guides.

It’s great to hear our secure, centralized repository has simplified how you store sensitive materials.

 ### 31. Boardable brought order to our board meeting chaos, what a relief

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin W. | Manager, corporate affairs and board strategy, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The other thing that I truly like about Boardable is the fact that it makes the entire distribution of board materials so easy. Agendas and supporting documents can simply be uploaded and assembled, and our board members are no longer sifting through a ton of email attachments. It also provides an easy trail of approvals that can be followed and this has made our compliance checks a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

In some cases, the interface may get somewhat crowded when you are going through previous meeting minutes in a hurry. I have also discovered that having recurring templates of meetings takes up a little more manual work than I expected. Finally, though it is safe, I would like to have somewhat of a smoother access to temporary guest access to outside advisors.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were grappling with trying to make sure that every single member of the board had the latest edition of our strategic plan and that feedback was being obtained in an efficient manner. Boardable has made our life much easier since we can now store all major governance related documents in a central hub had a voting system where we can pass resolutions with less hassle. It is now easy to follow up on what has been talked about and determined.

**Official Response from Connor Mellen:**

> Thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear that Boardable has brought order to your meetings by simplifying agenda and document distribution, cutting down on email clutter, and making compliance checks easier with clear approval trails.

We appreciate your feedback on the interface, recurring templates, and smoother guest access. Your insights are helpful as we continue to improve.

Thank you for being a valued member of the Boardable community!

 ### 32. Board management tool that eases the administrative burde

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek P. | Public relations specialist, Motion Pictures and Film, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

Being the Executive Assistant of a small foundation, the possibility to assign tasks at Boardable has been very helpful to me. It is so good that one can delegate action items to do and do so fairly quickly during and after meetings, and it is so easy to keep track of them. There is also the option to be able to store and retrieve vital documents such as grant agreements without the fear of misplacing them, a massive time saver and it is much safer than our previous system.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

I would like to see a little bit more of an integration with our existing CRM software. The automatic syncing of contact information of board members would facilitate the process. It is also limited to some extent in the development of custom reports; it is not as flexible as it could be in regards to the data we can pull. Lastly, the mobile application is functional yet it needs design and user-friendliness.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had some issues with the persistence of information delivery to our board members. We also tended to have problems with people missing certain vital updates. With the introduction of Boardable, everything is in one place, it can be accessed anytime, and the notification system makes sure that all people are updated. It has greatly enhanced board involvement and it has also enhanced a greater sense of responsibility on our board.

**Official Response from Connor Mellen:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that Boardable has helped you assign and track tasks efficiently, while also providing a safe and reliable place to store vital documents. It's great to know this has saved you time and reduced the risk of misplacing important materials.

We appreciate your feedback on CRM integration, custom reporting flexibility, and the mobile app experience. Regarding CRM integrations, we do offer this now - reach out to support@boardable.com and we can get you connected with your Customer Success team to discuss setting this up for you.

It's wonderful that Boardable has improved communication, ensured updates are never missed, and increased board engagement and accountability. Thank you for being a valued member of the Boardable community!

 ### 33. It transformed our physical meeting prep into a smooth digital flow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark G. | Team Alignment Specialist, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The ease with which Boardable distributes all our pre meeting documents is something I indeed value. Since reports and proposals are uploaded in the agenda builder, no one will have to waste their time on frequent email attachments anymore. It ascends to a situation whereby there is an absolute lack of confusion as to what version is current. We also like the safe document locker as it gives assurance to confidential financial data.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

I would like mobile app to refine annotation tools It is inconvenient sometimes to note down notes quite fast on the move within documents. In addition, it is a little less intuitively possible to find a particular comment by navigating through very old archived meeting notes.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pre-reading materials used to present the meeting agenda and other meeting materials before the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was an issue in our foundation board. Much of the time in meetings was wasted clearing up confusion as to which report was current or where a particular line item in the budget could be found. Boardable changed this introducing a single, constantly up to date place where all documents are. People come in to the same page, there is a lot less of wasted time in our discussions, as they are now more focused.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Mark,

Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear that Boardable has helped your team save time and avoid confusion by centralizing meeting documents and ensuring everyone has the most up-to-date version. It’s also great to know the secure Document Center gives your board confidence when sharing sensitive information.

We appreciate your input on improving the mobile app. Feedback like this helps us refine the experience so Boardable continues to meet your needs both during and between meetings.

Thank you for trusting us to help keep your board aligned and productive!

 ### 34. Boardable's secure document versioning ended our pre-meeting scramble and missteps.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mina D. | Director of Strategic Planning & Execution, Farming, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I have to say, Boardables is a tremendous resource for us in that our advisory boards have continuously changed agendas. Unlike a share of a static document I can replace a critical pre-read or append a last minute discussion point, and everyone will immediately see the update in real time, fully eliminating any version disorder due to out of date email attachments. The document annotation feature has been surprisingly the integrated capability. Our advisors may pin individual parts of a financial report/ a product roadmap and post a question there days in advance of a meeting so that I can collect responses and respond to them before they become an issue.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

It is also a little cumbersome to locate a particular comment in a long thread pointing to deep discussion; the pathing is not always straight forward. I would also like additional granularity in the activity log, especially when I want to see a document view may not be sufficient to determine engagement.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Boardable, compared to before, our advisory board meetings no longer feel unorganized, as they used to within multiple email threads and different version of documents. Pre-read key insights or early stage feedback would often be lost in the shuffle prior to the actual meeting and lead to duplicated questions or windowed opportunities. Today, the platform is a single, living database for any and all of our strategic advisory conversations. We are no longer reactive; everything we do is proactive since we moved to Boardable, in that we record everything that is said or decided on, nothing falls between the cracks, there to be forgotten, our advisory sessions are now effective.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Mina,

Thank you for such a thoughtful review and for sharing how you use Boardable. We’re thrilled that real-time document updates and in-context annotations are helping you avoid version sprawl and surface questions ahead of meetings. That’s exactly the proactive, “nothing falls through the cracks” workflow we aim to enable.

We really appreciate your candid notes. We’ve shared this feedback with our product team.

Thanks again for partnering with us and for helping make Boardable better.

 ### 35. No more scrambling for board documents

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elisa G. | Corporate Security Manager, Oil & Energy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The one thing I like most is the very elaborate permission system. It enables us to provide various committee members with access to their papers only without concurrency or confusion. The integrated announcements option was surprisingly handy as well, since it helps to deliver short, official messages which bypass the noise of the email. This will guarantee that every individual receives the much-needed updates in front of the governance portal.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

I would like the search of internal documents to be more potent particularly when it comes to searching key phrases whilst rolling through years of minutes. The dashboard could also be more flexible by providing granular reporting as to the engagement of the individual board members. It is a little bit stiff at times to custom analytical views.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our central issue was how to maintain consistency in governance of various subsidiary boards and committees we had. Prior to Boardable, important policy changes or tactical initiatives would routinely go missing or be applied unevenly among groups. Boardable now offers a centralized resource on which we can broadcast updates and monitor activity across the board so that everyone is operating out of the same playbook. It has considerably lowered the chance of conflicting decisions as well as enchaing our general organizational alignment.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Elisa,

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review! We’re glad to hear that Boardable’s permission system and announcement feature have been valuable in helping your committees stay organized and informed. It’s great to know the platform has improved consistency and alignment across your board.

We also appreciate your suggestions around search functionality and dashboard flexibility. Feedback like this is essential, and we’ve shared your comments with our product and engineering teams for consideration. In the meantime, great news, you can pull individual board member engagement data. If you’d like help accessing those insights, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Thanks again for being a part of the Boardable community!

 ### 36. Boardable transformed our disjointed board communications into a singularly efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christophe R. | Senior director of strategic planning, Environmental Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

Boardable naturally does a fantastic job of getting our grant committee members to come to any of our sessions completely ready to work on the materials. Its ability to collate all the pertinent background materials next to each item on the agenda such that zero time is lost seeking background information is the other thing we like as we continue with discussions. Moreover, the built in voting system, which is simple, provides us with an immediate auditable record of all the decisions, and this is priceless as far as our regulatory compliance goes.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

The one-time account setup by new users is less user-friendly to first-time visitor guest presenters who are not familiar with Boardable. I further want more freedom of the way that items can be graphically grouped or collapsed during terribly long meetings that have a large number of subtopics. It seems to take one or two clicks too many to go about creating an entirely new series of meetings, particularly with consideration to having different groups of members in each meeting.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our major problem was how to have a strong and easily retrievable historical record of all the discussions and decisions by the grant committee so that there was a record later on especially when it comes to compliance reviews. Prior to Boardable, it took forever to search and find particular rationales behind grant distribution of past periods, scanning through different email chains and dispersed paper records. Currently, all the details that concern a meeting starting with the proposals, ending with the voting and following discussions are organized impeccably in Boardable. This has reduced our internal auditing to a greater extent and makes sure that we are able to provide due diligence to outsiders promptly thus saving us so much pain and loss of energy.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Christophe,

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that Boardable has helped your grant committee stay organized, prepared, and compliant, with easy access to background materials and a reliable voting system that supports your regulatory needs.

We also appreciate you sharing areas where we can improve. Your suggestions are incredibly valuable. We’ve shared your suggestions with our product team as we continue to prioritize usability and flexibility for all types of users.

Thank you for trusting Boardable to support your important work. We’re committed to evolving with your needs and making every meeting more productive and efficient.

Probably a 7 out of 10. Actually, it has been useful to have everything from the meetings more organized. We are no longer looking for files all over the place or trying to remember who was supposed to do what. It works well if your team is not very large or if they are just starting to get more organized. I would recommend it, but with the caveat that it does have its quirks.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Sometimes I feel like it makes me run around more than I need to. For example, finding certain documents or adjusting the schedule isn't always as straightforward, and that frustrates a bit when you're short on time. I've also noticed that some things load slowly or don't sync well with my calendar. Not that it's bad, but those little details take you out of the rhythm a bit

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really took a lot of the hassle away. Before, it was all loose messages, files everywhere and no one knew what was next after each meeting. Now everything is together, clear and easy to follow. It saves me headaches and makes sure we don't miss important things.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Diane,

 ### 38. Boardable dissolved our audit anxieties, providing instant, secure access to crucial governance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurent B. | Initiatives Strategist, Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

We like best that Boardable has an effective archive option. We are capable of finding a particular previous decision or discussion topic many years ago with any internal or external request without any problem. This is priceless assurance of our posture of compliance. We also like the level of control who can view what documents in certain committees.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

One minor disadvantage is the lack of rich text editing of the discussion boards that occasionally complicate the detailed collaborative drafting. We want to have stronger solutions to monitor external compliance deadlines and our internal meetings schedules as well.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our history of corporate governance was scattered among various cloud drives and older physical folders, which is a nightmare to institutional memory, prior to Boardable. Compiled now are all the old bylaws, and even the old reporting of the committees that were set up in the foundation, in a single, secure, searchable place. The conversion has drastically made our audits easy and been able to maintain continuity in case of a change in leadership.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Laurent,

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear that Boardable’s document access controls are supporting your compliance posture and helping preserve your institutional memory. It’s rewarding to know that we’ve been able to simplify your audit process and provide continuity through leadership transitions.

We appreciate your feedback, we’re always looking for ways to improve. Your insights help us prioritize features that matter most to our customers.

Thanks again for being a valued part of the Boardable community!

 ### 39. Streamlined Our Board Meetings and Improved Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed Younus F. | Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

Boardable makes it incredibly easy to organize, schedule, and run board meetings. The interface is simple and intuitive, so even our less technologically inclined board members are able to use it with no training. Being able to centralize documents, delegate tasks, and follow up after the meeting has saved us huge amounts of back-and-forth via email. The Agenda Builder is another plus point — it's easy but powerful, and helps keep our meetings on track and to point.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

While Boardable covers most board management needs well, the mobile app could use a bit more polish — occasionally it lags or crashes during file uploads. We’ve also noticed that integration options are somewhat limited compared to other platforms. For example, tighter integrations with calendar tools or communication platforms like Slack would make things even more seamless.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable has enabled us to address the usual issue of disjointed board communication and chaotic meeting processes. Prior to using it, we depended on lengthy email chains, shared drives, and hand scheduling — which tended to result in lost updates and wasteful meetings. Using Boardable, all from scheduling to agenda setup, document sharing, and meeting follow-up is done within a single, integrated platform. This has greatly enhanced our board's efficiency, made everyone remain on the same page, and shortened the time spent preparing for meetings. It has also simplified keeping track of action items and decisions, which has enhanced accountability throughout.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Mohammed,

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear how Boardable has helped streamline your board’s operations, from scheduling and agenda building to task delegation and follow-up. It’s great to know the platform is intuitive for all users and has reduced the need for time-consuming email threads and scattered tools.

We appreciate your feedback on the mobile app performance and integration options. Insights like yours help us prioritize improvements that make the platform even more seamless and powerful.

Thanks again for being a valued part of the Boardable community!

 ### 41. It keeps all our documents organized and accessible

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piotr S. | Industry Strategist, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I am so happy with Boardable because all board materials are arranged in a single safe location. And never complaining over old emails and finding latest version of a report. The calendar planner is just amazing too as it gets connected to everybody calendars. This simplifies and also minimizes the stress put in the establishment of elaborate board meetings. One can even take minutes right in the platform and that is very convenient. It does in fact simplify our entire process.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

It might seem a little expensive in small and volunteer-driven boards sometimes. Some users found this quite time consuming taking time to set up their devices and make the people get accustomed with the interface used. There are also some minor corrections that may be made on mobile app to have more convenience of mobile access. All in all, these are minor details though they have to be brought up.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to the emergence of Boardable, board meeting preparation meant an unruly email and poorly organized documents. We took hours upon hours putting together material and getting people to have the right versions of it. Today, all the content is stored in a single, well-organized place and preparing everything is easy and fast. This also gives our administration personnel some more time and lessens pre-meeting stress on a significant scale. The more prepared board members also become because all the materials are readily available at anytime. It has really managed to revolutionize the overall efficiency of our board.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Piotr,

Thanks for the kind words! We’re glad the document hub, calendar sync, and in-app minutes are streamlining your meetings.

We also hear you on first-time setup, and mobile polish. We’re rolling out bite-size onboarding guides, and refining the app’s navigation now.

 ### 42. Meetings aren't a chaotic mess anymore

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piotr K. | Business assistant, Utilities, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I actually enjoy how hassle free Boardable has made planning our meetings. It has this amazing agenda builder which allows us to modify everything with ease. The process of sharing documents with the board is non-problematic and everything is organized. Our critical documents will be located under a single secure point. This spares a lot of time to our staffs and our board members. It actually eases our whole board work.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Sometimes the volume of notification might be too big. Sometimes one would also not easily locate certain past meeting discussions. The subscription fee is slightly high to some of the smaller nonprofits. It would really help to search in a more intuitive manner.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were a hot mess of emails and shared drives in regards to board management. We took years to prepare documents and agendas manually. Everything is stored in a safe place of access now. The maximization of the preparation of meeting saves staff hours of time. The information that the members of our board need is readily available in a matter of a second. This has largely enhanced our total efficiency in governance and participatory nature.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Piotr,

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Boardable has helped streamline your meeting planning and document sharing. Especially that the agenda builder is making a real difference for your team. It’s great to know we’re contributing to smoother, more efficient board work.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback about notifications, search, and pricing. We’re actively working on ways to improve the user experience.
Thanks again for being part of the Boardable community!

 ### 43. Finally I feel prepared and organized for board meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda A. | General manager, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I highly appreciate that Boardable organizes all our board files in one spot. All this is stored in the document repository so that our members can find it easily. The e-signature option is ridiculously convenient to make fast approvals. We are able to sign significant resolutions devoid of delays. This saves a lot of our time and effort in making preparations for meetings. It actually makes the whole process of governance very easy.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

There might be occasions when the noise of notification is a little too much. The mobile version is not as functional as the desktop one. It is not always easy to come across very old discussion threads. This can be a little expensive even to the small non-profits.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our board administration was previously appallingly disjointed and inefficient. We used to waste hours burning rubber to put materials together and track approvals. Now, we get to prepare all our meetings and share documents in a single facility. Members of the Board will get all items quickly at their fingertips. This has greatly cut out the administrative burden on us. Our board is much better organized and productive now.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Amanda,

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that Boardable has helped streamline your governance process and reduce the administrative burden for your team. It’s great to know that features like the document center and e-signatures are making fast approvals and board prep much easier and more efficient.

We also appreciate you sharing the areas where we can improve. We’re actively working to enhance the mobile experience and are reviewing how notifications and discussion threads can be better managed for ease of use. As always, our team is here to support you with any tips or solutions in the meantime.

Thank you for trusting Boardable to support your board—your insights are invaluable to us!

 ### 44. Getting all the documents and agenda ready for board meetings couldn't be easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumaiya R. | Board Administrator, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

Boardable is awesome as all our board papers are stored at one secure location. We can create agendas and circulate it beforehand rather than email attachments. The e-signatures and the polls in scheduling meet times make everything easier and quicker. We spend a lot less time on board meeting administration with Boardable.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

The price may appear to be steep, particularly to small non-profits that have a small budget. Although it comes with plenty of features, new users may require time and effort to get trained.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable allows easier management of a board. There are no loose papers and files that have to be sent around via emails because everything is at a single place. This saves much time of the board members and the administrator preparing to attend meetings. Meetings are now more precise and effective and everyone has the information he/she needs to make fast and informed decisions as everything is at one spot.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Sumaiya,

Thank you for sharing your experience with Boardable! We’re thrilled to hear how much time your team is saving on board meeting administration and that tools like centralized agendas, e-signatures, and scheduling polls are making things faster and easier for everyone.

It’s wonderful to know Boardable is helping your board run more efficiently and make informed decisions with everything in one place. We’re grateful to be a part of your mission!

Quick to join meeting session, just need to click on the button and I am ready to join the session.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

I have not experience any bad issues that isn't solved by the dev team. It is normal to have bugs and error, but they always taking care of this problem.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable help to improve collaboration and communication between board members and discussion inside and outside meeting session.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cairuddin I. | Case assistant manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I really enjoy my meeting after we switch to use virtual meeting as our meeting platform, it saves time, effort and cost, especially when the meeting is hold at different branches. It is amazing how clear the video and audio that we get by using Boardable, no more grain in video and robotic voice when the internet connection is slow.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

Steep pricing for a medium business like us. Even with super simple tools to use, we still need to reduce our IT budget.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable allows for easier, professional looking platform for board members to have meeting. centralize control that manage meeting schedule, agenda, meeting minute and meeting document in one place.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

 ### 47. No more scrambling for documents as Boardable saved our meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gina M. | Nonprofit board coordinator, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

If you run an organization with non profit boards and committees, you will find Boardable to be a great tool. The scheduling feature of the platform is life saver because it is able to schedule the meetings, taking all the availability of all, and saves a lot of time. Document management system is also excellent as it carries us with the secure storage and sharing of important files. For instance, using the Board Web Site allows board members to view meeting agendas, minute and financial information in one resource.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

In terms of the mobile app, Boardable could do better. On rare occasions, the interface could be a little bit tricky to navigate and it’s not always as intuitive as on Desktop version. The reports also are a bit limited on customization options. In the past, I have needed specific data that was not simple to retrieve. Things like this are very minor and do not affect anything too much.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boardable successfully attempts to simplify the coordination and management of non profit boards. The problem before was scheduling meetings, it was endless back and forth in emails. With this automated scheduling feature, meeting creators would now rely on it to schedule their meetings in no time and will not bother. This also eliminates the search for the important files. An example of this is in a board meeting where all important documents are available and thus the meetings will be productive and decisions will be faster.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Gina,

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear that Boardable has helped simplify your board coordination, especially with features like scheduling and document management. It’s great to know that it has made it easier for your team to access agendas, minutes, and financials in one place.

We appreciate your feedback on the mobile app and reporting customization. Your insights are valuable, and we’re always working to improve the experience.

Thanks again for being a valued part of the Boardable community!

 ### 48. Meetings in our company are finally productive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime M. | Governance Committee Chair, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

I really appreciate how Boardable has organized our board meeting prep. I don’t even have to search for emails or mine deep into archived files as everything to brings it all together. Even with Zoom we have it and use it with Boardable links that jump between apps. This helps keeping things tidy, particularly as we manage more than one committees. The ability to assign tasks and actually follow up on them after meetings has prevented projects from slipping.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

I don’t like how limited the messaging section is on Boardable. It is too basic and the ease of missing updates made it impossible to use it as a replacement for email chains. Which turned out to be a loop of regular email threads defeating the purpose. It’s not a big thing, but if we’re working at the same time on any multiple board initiatives, it slows us down as we can’t fully count on Boardable for team communication.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To stop wasting time on scattering prep, our team has been using Boardable. Before, when they didn’t send materials they would forget, decisions would drag because not everybody was aligned. After the meeting set up, we stay focused. It has been of help to assign follow-up tasks inside the platform like that is being done after. It has made my job easier and it has sped up the board’s decision process, specifically during budget season when every decision counts.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Jaime,

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear that Boardable has helped streamline your Board meeting prep and kept things organized—especially across multiple committees. It’s great to know that features like Zoom integration and tasks have helped your team stay on track and follow through more effectively.

We appreciate your feedback on the messaging functionality. Your suggestion is valuable, and we’re always working to improve the experience.

Thanks again for being a valued part of the Boardable community!

 ### 49. A true game changer for our board activities!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna S. | Senior board chairperson, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The difference that points out to me most with Boardable is that it makes collaboration much more transparent. All your task, agenda or decision is logged so that you don’t have to dig through endless email threads, plus so many platforms. This means that no missed updates or follow ups. Having more structure as a team has been helpful, especially as it relates to our meetings as we’re clearer than ever on what we’re working on and working out of order to accomplish it all.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

When it comes to the interface, Boardable has some limitations. Even though it comes with nice features, parts of layout and tools arrangement within the platform can be sometimes too disorganized. The documents or the notes of past meeting often can not be found quickly. There are also times when the notifications do not come through as intended, such that I miss some major updates as well as reminders. Clearly, the platform can really do with a more refined design and a more smooth way of dealing with notifications.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really, Boardable has solved a hassle with our inefficiency of communication and organization during our board meetings. Previously, we would be off on disjointed email chains and disorganized notes. Thus all is now in one platform and we can monitor tasks, meeting agendas, and documents. It has helped to work without having to follow up all the time and it reduces the chances of something going amiss. Meeting with each other has been a lot more productive, and especially, our decision making is much more straightforward.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Anna,

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear that Boardable has brought structure and transparency to your Board’s collaboration—making it easier to track tasks, agendas, and decisions without the hassle of scattered emails and platforms. It’s great to know your meetings are now more focused and productive.

We appreciate your honest feedback on the interface and notifications. We understand how those details can impact your experience, and your Customer Success Manager can help optimize settings or offer tips for streamlining navigation and alerts.

Thanks for being a valued part of the Boardable community—we’re here to support you every step of the way!

 ### 50. Our board meetings are so much more productive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcello D. | Document Management Specialist, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Boardable?**

The user-friendly interface of Boardable simplifies the process of running board operations. The document management system enables me to upload files for collaborative real-time work which minimizes document confusion through email communications. The meeting scheduler together with the minute-taking tool simplifies planning processes and produces reliable documentation. I can establish permissions that dictate which users can access restricted data for increased security purposes and regulatory compliance.

**What do you dislike about Boardable?**

The system requires better search capabilities because users need to spend excessive time locating needed documents and previous discussions. The notification system creates too much information noise thus additional customization features would improve the experience. The user interface on mobile devices needs redesign for the benefit of board members who have limited experience with technology.

**What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software system Boardable improves board management capabilities through its solutions to address business inefficiencies as well as security risks. Boardable provides centralized control over documents together with communications which minimizes data breaches and maintains regulatory compliance. The system enables faster meeting organization along with more rapid preparation and better focused discussions that grant access to all necessary information. Transparency along with accountability increases because the platform maintains a record of every decision and action.

**Official Response from Ilaria Constine:**

> Marcello,

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear that Boardable’s user-friendly interface, document management, meeting scheduler, and permission controls have simplified your Board operations and strengthened your security and compliance efforts.

We appreciate your feedback on the search function, notification volume, and mobile interface. These are valuable insights, and we’ll be sure to pass them along to our team. In the meantime, your Customer Success Manager can help you explore ways to fine-tune notifications and improve your experience.

Thanks for being a valued part of the Boardable community—we’re proud to support your Board’s work!
