Boardable is the best because the storage and files sharing integration is a lifesaver for our board management workflows, we can pull out documents directly from OneDrive and that means we do not have to deal with version control issue and manual file sharing. During the virtual board meeting, the time management tool (the pace keeper) is making sure we don't get stuck on one topic too long and it will automatically reminds when the meeting should be end and keep everyone focused on the most important decision to make. I also can say that the voting system is incredibly easy to handle formal approval and record the result instantly, nothing is complicated and the system is straightforward. The task delegation's implementation is smooth, its allow me to assign tasks to specific members with skilled that it need to complete the task, just as what we discuss on the meeting. We use Boardable for every monthly meeting that we have, the first session wasn't as smooth as now, thankfully their customer support is able to to support us via phone call to walk us through the features.

What I like about Boardable is they constantly getting better and better for board management and board's virtual meeting platform. The meeting scheduling has completely change how we are organizing our meeting, it coordinates with everyone's calendar to find the best time for our monthly meetings. Once the date is set, the agenda builder builder allows me to create agenda details and topic so the meeting will follow the topics and not taking too much time. Integration with Google Calendar is available, all new meeting date and time is automatically synchronize and I can make better preparation before the entering the meetings. Implementation is quick with several assistant from the customer support, they are just a phone call away and always eager to help with any of our issue and question. Boardable has saved us hours of administrative work afterward, we use it 3-4 times a month for seamless meeting management and easy connection of video conference and meeting.

I like that Boardable helps with long term board administration as opposed to individual meetings. We have many places where we have used it regularly to archive governance policies, committee notes and board resolutions as far as each meeting cycle is concerned. The amount of features can preserve a reference of board decisions throughout the year. Once implemented, our leadership team is able to go over previous discussions and be aware of the way some decisions were made, and this has enhanced continuity between meetings.
