GDPR compliance, bluefactory has an easy way to upload rectify or forget requests from the data subjects and prevents restoration of any personal data records subject to the "forget" request. **What do you dislike about Bluefactory?** There is sadly no metadata restore option even though there is a metadata change tracker that allows you to compare two metadata snapshots. Creating a restore query is also fairly complex unless you are already proficient in SQL; this platform is meant more for advanced admins/ users. **Recommendations to others considering Bluefactory:** Free trial is a great way to get a sense of all the available features and determine if that's the right fit. **What problems is Bluefactory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bluefatory is a backup solution for Salesforce data and metadata, allowing partial or full restore of your data in the event of corruption or loss as well as keeping track of any metadata changes.
