**What do you like best about Blue Frog?**

The team we worked with was knowledgeable, available, listened to our needs created solution for those needs and setup an installion of Hubspot the catered to exact usage.

**What do you dislike about Blue Frog?**

After the initial setup, I noticed that over the following months the response times slowed down a bit.

They’re great. The team is very knowledgeable about HubSpot and its inner workings, and they can creatively design solutions to meet even the most unique use cases. They’ve also been helpful well after the initial setup—answering questions and researching solutions to keep us functioning as our needs change and the product changes.

**What problems is Blue Frog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hired Blue Frog to help us design and implement HubSpot for our non-profit. They met with our leadership team over several months and helped us learn how to use the tools inside HubSpot so it could be as effective for us as possible. After the initial setup, they have continued to provide technical support and serve as a bridge between HubSpot and our team, especially given our unique way of using HubSpot.
