
I ran into Blue Canvas at the TDX conference and was shown much time bypassing Change Sets can be. That alone was a huge win for our teams, but we've come to use Blue Canvas to regulate and power our whole SF audit and release process. It used to take us 20 days to complete a push for something into production. Now we turn it around in a couple of hours. The native integration with Jira to share customer stories has also been really fantastic. What this has meant is that our entire org's repsonsiveness to customers has rapidly improved, and we came to realize that Salesforce is more like the beating heart of our company, so being able to utilize it quickly, safely (and remain audit-worthy) was key.
Support has also been terrific. The team will always hop straight on a call and figure something out with us. Usually its on our end, but as our team is so big, inevitably someone does something funky.
Finally - the UI is really nice and intuitive. Like effort has been used to actually plan the fields.
Actually another thing is the Merge Conflict feature actually works. We've looked at other companies, but the solution seems to be some nice wrapping of some interesting logic. Blue Canvas put in the work to actually solve this curly error that, if it gets you, can really ruin your day (month). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
