**What do you like best about Blitzen?**

The idea is very innovative and letr's you expand your business in an easy way. Ease of usage the biggest plus.

**What do you dislike about Blitzen?**

The interface sometimes causes trouble. Buffering is slow sometimes.

**What problems is Blitzen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the problem of building websites for your business and expanding your customer reach. It helps to reach the customer base in a not-boring and unprimitive way thus giving boost to your enterprise.

**What do you like best about Blitzen?**

The dashboard seems to show all information in one place. It´s great to have a quick view of all stuff. The integrations that appear as an option are promising and it seem they are a good functionality. When managing contacts integrations with other platforms is a must. And Blitzen promise a lot of integrations. As usual, each user need only a few of them, the ones its using. So for each user this will be something different.

**What do you dislike about Blitzen?**

The UX is not clear. A lot of work is still needed. The idea is promising, but I have the feeling that something is missing. I started to use it and I get lost in understanding what will I get from each option. UX is so important! There is something wrong with the platform that makes me lose interest while navigating options. I don´t want to think much while learning a new platform, I want to spend time using it, but in this case I cannot get to finish implementation in a happy mood.

**Recommendations to others considering Blitzen:**

Read about this before trying. The help section has a lot of broken images (not good) but try to understand and talk to sales, because there are a lot of integrations that seems so be really good and promising.

**What problems is Blitzen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a solution in lead management and lead generation. I must say I´m in the process of beeing a user, but I get lost in the way. This kind of platforms need more help screens, step by step instructions. A way to undersand what will you get when using each funcion.
