What I find useful in Blend-ed is that a process can be taught in the same way to everyone, and the assessment gives some indication of whether the key points were actually understood.

The part I would improve is how process changes are surfaced.

If only a few steps in a workflow have changed, I would rather see those differences immediately than work through the full refresher again.

Being able to access the training from mobile is one of the things I like most.

In shipping and logistics, I am not always sitting in front of a computer. If I have a compliance module, safety refresher, or something operational that I need to check again, being able to continue the learning from my phone is very useful.

We use Blend-ed mainly for product and customer training. The AI Course Creator helps us create courses from our existing documents without starting from zero. For me, the biggest value is consistency.
