Our teams work across different sites so tracking who has done what and which was always a problem before. Now we can just check and see who completed their training and who hasn't. No more chasing people manually. During audits we can pull up certificates quickly which has been really useful. Also using it for new joiner and contractor inductions. Took some time to figure out at the start but works fine now. Support is good, they get back to us when we need help. The interface is pretty standard. And the most exciting thing about this LMS when we compared with others were that we can integrate with external awarding bodies and can also have dual certifications. They also have mobile apps which was very essential for us since majority of our users were frontline workers. **What do you dislike about Blend-ed?** It’s a huge platform with lots of features, so it takes some time to get familiar with everything. It’s very advanced and not something you can become an expert in within five minutes. That said, whatever you have in mind is possible with it. They also dont provide content, we need to create the courses ourselves. **What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us in keeping our team skilled and compliant. In a very regulated industry like ours, this platform helps us do all our compliance and safety related trainings easily. ### 2. It is easy to develop courses thanks to its built-in AI tools, and the platform is very user-friendly. The staff training features are also very useful. **Recommendations to others considering Blend-ed:** This LMS is suitable for employee training or delivering courses, and it supports various file formats. It makes it easier to organize and share training materials in different formats, which is helpful for both trainers and learners. **What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used this as an LMS to deliver courses to my students.
