## Blend-ed Reviews
  ### 1. Great mobile LMS for maritime training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed A. | Senior Operations Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Blend-ed?**

Being able to access the training from mobile is one of the things I like most.

In shipping and logistics, I am not always sitting in front of a computer. If I have a compliance module, safety refresher, or something operational that I need to check again, being able to continue the learning from my phone is very useful.

I also like that everything stays in one place, so I can come back to a topic later instead of depending on a scheduled training session every time.

**What do you dislike about Blend-ed?**

Some mandatory refresher courses can feel a bit long when I already know most of the subject.

It would be useful if a refresher could take me more directly to what has changed or to the section I actually need to review.

**What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In shipping and logistics, there are operational procedures, compliance requirements, and safety topics that need to stay fresh in your mind.

Blend-ed gives me one place to complete that learning and go back to it later. The mobile access is important because I don't always need to wait until I am at a desk to complete a refresher or check something again.

That makes recurring training much easier to keep up with.

  ### 2. Makes product training easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Feroz P. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Blend-ed?**

We use Blend-ed mainly for product and customer training. The AI Course Creator helps us create courses from our existing documents without starting from zero. AI Admin is also useful for quick learner and enrolment work. Their support team is responsive whenever we need help.

**What do you dislike about Blend-ed?**

Some admin settings and reports took time to understand. More documentation for these areas would be helpful. The AI content is good, but we still review technical details before publishing.

**What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, we were using documents, calls and repeated demos for training. Now we can keep the training in one place and track who has completed it. It saves time for our team and makes the training more consistent.

  ### 3. Great LMS for onboarding and process training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AJINAS A. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Blend-ed?**

For me, the biggest value is consistency.

We have different services and each one has its own documents, steps and handovers. With Blend-ed, we can train people on how we actually handle a process instead of depending only on someone explaining it verbally.

I also like the skills and competency side. It gives us a better way to see where someone is strong and where they may still need training before handling certain types of cases.

**What do you dislike about Blend-ed?**

Some of our processes are not completely linear.

A visa or company setup case can take a different route depending on the customer and the requirement. Building normal training is straightforward, but for these more complex situations we need to spend some time getting the course flow right.

**What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A new operations person cannot learn everything just by sitting with a senior employee for a few days.

There are different services, document requirements and situations to understand. We use Blend-ed to cover the standard process first, and the skills and competency tracking helps us see where someone may still need more training.

It makes onboarding more repeatable and reduces how often senior team members have to explain the same basic process.

  ### 4. Good LMS for frontline technical and HSE training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MUHAMED S. | PIPELINE INSPECTOR ENGINEER, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Blend-ed?**

A lot of our work happens on site, so the training has to be practical.

We use Blend-ed for technical topics, HSE and project-specific learning before work starts. It is also useful later when somebody needs a refresher.

The skills and competency part is another thing I like. Completing the same course does not mean two engineers have the same level of experience, so this gives us a better way to look at that.

**What do you dislike about Blend-ed?**

Skills mapping is useful, but setting it up properly is not a five-minute job.

CCTV inspection, rehabilitation and general wet-utilities work do not all need the same competencies or levels. We had to think through that structure properly first. Once it is mapped, it makes much more sense.

**What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When engineers or site teams move between projects, they should not have to depend only on whoever is available to brief them.

We can use Blend-ed for the common HSE and technical learning, then add what is specific to that project. People can go back to the material later instead of treating the training as a one-time activity.

It is particularly useful for frontline refreshers and identifying areas where someone may need more training.

  ### 5. Great LMS for technical and compliance training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed S. | Team Lead / Full-Stack Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Blend-ed?**

The part I value most is that onboarding doesn't depend on whoever happens to be free that week.

A new developer can go through our application flow, security practices and the compliance modules relevant to tech in a fixed order. We can also put short assessments between topics, so it is not just a folder full of documents.

That works well for our team.

**What do you dislike about Blend-ed?**

Keeping technical training aligned with fast-changing engineering documentation still needs attention. Blend-ed makes it easier to refresh course content from updated source material, but for things like APIs, security guidance or internal processes, we still review the changes before republishing.

**What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A developer joining a financial-services company needs context beyond the codebase.

They need to understand our systems, release process, data-handling rules, access and security practices, and some of the compliance requirements that affect the tech team.

Blend-ed gives us a repeatable way to cover those areas during onboarding. We also use the same training for refreshers when a process or policy changes. It reduces how much onboarding depends on one senior developer being available.

  ### 6. Best platform for keeping our team training organized and consistent.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammed Ashikh K. | SCADA Control Operation Engineer at Sharjah Electricity Water and Gas authority(SEWGA), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Blend-ed?**

I like that I can access the training whenever I need it, especially from the mobile app. For technical and safety topics, that is useful because sometimes I just need to quickly go back and check something.

The assessments are good too. We can make sure the training is actually understood and not just completed. I have also used the AI Course Creator and AI Tutor, which are useful in different ways.

**What do you dislike about Blend-ed?**

Blend-ed has a lot of features, so initially it takes some time to understand everything. There are many options and settings, and you will not use all of them from day one.

After using it for some time it becomes much easier.

**What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For technical work, some procedures and safety topics need to be refreshed regularly.

Blend-ed keeps the training available in one place, and I can also check whether the team has completed what was assigned. It is easier than following up with everyone separately, and people can go back to the training whenever they need a refresher.

  ### 7. Really useful for keeping the sales team updated!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mujeeb R. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Blend-ed?**

What I like most is that everyone gets the same project information.

In real estate, one small wrong detail about a project can create confusion with a customer. With Blend-ed, we can keep the project training in one place, add a short assessment, and make sure the team has gone through the latest information before they start speaking to buyers.

**What do you dislike about Blend-ed?**

Keeping project training updated can take some effort because our project information changes quite often. If a price, timeline or project detail changes, we need to make sure the training content is updated as well. I would like an easier way to flag content that needs review.

**What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a new project is launched, the sales team has a lot to learn in a short time.

Blend-ed gives us a proper place to put the project information, training and assessments. It also makes it easier to keep the team aligned before they start speaking to customers.

  ### 8. Good LMS with very responsive support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mishab M. | Growth , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Blend-ed?**

We use Blend-ed for customer onboarding and also for internal product and process
training. The AI Course Creator is very useful because we can use our existing guides and
quickly get a course structure, content and questions.
The support team is also very responsive. Whenever we needed help with setup or any admin option, they were available.

**What do you dislike about Blend-ed?**

Some of the admin and reporting options were not very clear in the beginning. We needed
help from the support team for a few settings.
The AI output is usually good, but we still review formation and compliance-related
content before publishing.

**What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with founders from different countries, and many of them need help
understanding the same formation and compliance processes.
Earlier, we were mostly sharing separate guides and explaining things through calls. Now
we can organise the information as proper onboarding courses.
We also use it to keep our internal team updated when our products or processes change.
It saves time and keeps the information more consistent.

  ### 9. Impressive Built-In AI Makes Course Development Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mubassir M. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Blend-ed?**

The built-in AI support is impressive and extremely helpful when it comes to developing new courses. It makes the process much smoother and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Blend-ed?**

blend-ed is a good, affordable, and reliable LMS platform that supports all file types. It is easy to develop courses thanks to its built-in AI tools, and the platform is very user-friendly. The staff training features are also very useful.

**Recommendations to others considering Blend-ed:**

This LMS is suitable for employee training or delivering courses, and it supports various file formats. It makes it easier to organize and share training materials in different formats, which is helpful for both trainers and learners.

**What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used this as an LMS to deliver courses to my students. My course files were in HTML and SCORM formats, and the platform smoothly supported all these file types.
