We use this platform mainly for our safety and compliance trainings. Our teams work across different sites so tracking who has done what and which was always a problem before. Now we can just check and see who completed their training and who hasn't. No more chasing people manually. During audits we can pull up certificates quickly which has been really useful. Also using it for new joiner and contractor inductions. Took some time to figure out at the start but works fine now. Support is good, they get back to us when we need help. The interface is pretty standard. And the most exciting thing about this LMS when we compared with others were that we can integrate with external awarding bodies and can also have dual certifications. They also have mobile apps which was very essential for us since majority of our users were frontline workers.

The built-in AI support is impressive and extremely helpful when it comes to developing new courses. It makes the process much smoother and more efficient.
